Came in with a friend to buy 3 bed sets. Had a great experience and got exactly what we needed. Shopped the other stores on the sane street and none came near the value for the price. Worked with Nick, he was fabulous and I would highly suggest asking for him.

Great experience here! Nick was very helpful. The only reason for four stars is that the mattress I wanted won’t be available for delivery for over a week (but Nick offered others that were available sooner). Other than that, I was very satisfied with my experience here.

We went to mattress connection because we got a flyer in the mail and read that they had a 100 day trial period where you could return your mattress if you were unsatisfied. Upon walking in we met Nick, the store manager. He let us look around and waited for us to ask questions and without being pushy guided us around the showroom. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the mattresses and incredibly friendly. We spent about an hour in the store going from mattress to mattress and asking about the differences in each and what made particular brands special or better than others. Nick was patient with us the entire time and had a great attitude while answering all of our questions. We really liked and valued the fact that he never made us feel pressured to buy a mattress. After we finally selected our mattress, Nick went out of his way to special order an adjustable base for us that the store didn’t sell. and got us 0% financing for a longer than normal period because we requested it. He also threw in some free stuff for us. It can be very difficult to shop for a mattress because it’s hard to find the right one. However, it was much easier at Mattress Connection because of the friendly, knowledgeable staff and return policy. If you haven’t been to Mattress Connection I would definitely give them a try.

We came here first by chance, checked out other places, and returned to buy a mattress. Nick was very helpful in helping us understand what mattress would work for us. There were no high pressure tactics, and he honored the price quoted a previous day. We got a great deal and a great bed.

Just purchased a mattress from Nick Swader the store manager at Mattress Connection in Pasadena. We had special requirements for a mattress for our motorhome. Nick showed us some options and we chose a Serta Tempur-​Contour iComfort model. We had been to two other stores and found the selection at Mattress Connection to be perfect for our needs. Just bought a Serta i Series mattress with Nick’s help! Nick was an awesome sales guy, very polite, and helpful. He asked about what I was looking for and he knew his stuff to help me find the mattress that suits my needs. This was the third mattress store I was in yesterday and I was able to get the information I needed to make this purchase, whereas in the first store I visited, I didn’t get enough information and in the second I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. It was refreshing to walk into Mattress Connection and have Nick help me find exactly what I was looking for.

Great customer service at this store. When I walked in the sales rep was friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. The best thing about this place was that I did not feel pressured to buy anything but I did. I bought a Cal King and now I feel like a king. I’m glad I went to this store.

Great deal from Pete… literally the easiest time I have ever bought a mattress. Walked in, he asked who the mattress was for, what size and firm or soft. Then pointed us to the exact mattress that we ended up buying. He was like a mattress whisperer. No hassle, waived the delivery fee.

Bought a king tempurpedic here during the 4^th of July weekend. The sales guy was helpful and not pushy at all. Really easy to talk to. Since the manufacturer controls the price, what sold us was the extras he can throw in and the relaxing atmosphere (you’d be surprised at how many places with beds don’t have that).
The delivery guys were also great. Moved one bed, got rid of one, and they brought in the new one. They were careful but fast.
Had the bed for a month now and extremely happy.
