Dr. Avakian and his staff are amazing. Would recommend as the best podiatrist in Pasadena.

WOW Run don’t walk ! Dr. Avakian OUTSTANDING and so glad we found him. So funny when I called the office needing little more info on Prescription, within seconds he was on the phone.
Dr. Avakian truly cares, and really helped get us on the RIGHT Path !

I usually don’t write much reviews, However, now that I am convinced since it has been a week and a half or so after of my treatment at the doctors office that I should voice my thoughts.
First and for most, i have been by other doctors before and a none of them according to what i remember have never told me to cut my toe nails straight (meaning don’t cut them round so that they wont become ingrown after time. (time will tell but with a little research online it turns out to be true.)
Second, Athlete’s Foot, GREAT TIPS. which is the main reason of the early review …
have been able to keep my toes dry. by wearing different pair of shoes every other day… (meaning alternate the pairs) so that Bactra created by sweat created would have time to dry from the day before…
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I AM DESCRIBING/​EXPLAINING THE TIPS TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND MAY HAVE BEEN DESCRIPED IN MORE DETAIL AND ACCURATELY AT THE TIME OF VISIT. SO PLEASE SEEK A PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE THE ABOVE ARE WRITTEN IN MY OWN WORDS.

Dr. Avakian is the best podiatrist he’s caring, genuine and loves what he does. His many years of experience make him an exceptional doctor. He took care of my broken foot with such compassion and diligence I felt at ease knowing that I was in such good hands! A great doctor like him is hard to come by!

This Dr is Amazing! I went in for a ingrown toenail, and yes that can be very painful, especially if you wear heels. I was absolutely blown away at how kind and knowledgeable Dr Avakian was. Super gentle, took the time to explain what he was doing and what I can do to prevent, office staff was just as tentative. Would definitely recommend this office. Thank you Dr Avakian your the best!

Famous Words… An injection will send that pain issue right over the edge and should not give you any more problems… sent my pain issue right over the edge in the WRONG direction. I also purchased the suggested orthotics which did NOTHING… He wanted to do another injection less than three weeks apart and that should never be suggested according to other specialist including the ankle specialist that told me that Dr. Avakian did not provide a correct diagnosis… Need I say more

Office staff is very friendly. Dr. is kind, thorough and non-​invasive. Gave great recommendations on good support shoes and didn’t push treatment options. We went from easiest first and I didn’t need a shot in my heel!
