I’m a nurse who needed a new primary doctor. Seeing how Dr Paronian interacts with his patients was what I liked. My husband also goes. No ridiculous waiting time for an appointment or to get in at your appointment. Very professional and caring.

Continues to offer reassurance with fact-based reasoning, answering all the questions I could think of in the face of my serious medical issues. Staff in his office all seem knowledgeable and very friendly.

I was a patient of Dr. Marina Manvelyan before she decided to convert her practice to a concierge practice. I made the decision not to continue w/her for personal reasons. She recommended her new associate Dr. Paronian, and so far, I’ve been very pleased w/his expertise, and the service that I’ve gotten from his office staff. There have been changes in personnel, though, but so far, I have no complaints. However, if I ran into the same situation that the previous reviewer had, I wouldn’t have just relied on the telephone. When I have a medical problem of a urgent, but non-life threatening incident arise, and if I can’t get an appointment w/a physician because of the interference of the office staff, I go to the office, talk face-to-face w/someone, and plant myself in the office until I’m seen. I find that by doing this, it’s much more difficult for the office staff to put me off. If I had a situation as I outlined above, and it was after office hours, I’d call my physician, then head off to an urgent care facility. While I would prefer that I be treated by my own physician, sometimes that isn’t possible.

I WAS a new patient and had an urgent medical issue. My wife and I called this office several times and was not allowed to speak with Dr. Paronian. The receptionist told us that the doctor was aware of the situation and he would call us AFTEROFFICEHOURS. We NEVER received a return phone call from the doctor and I went to the ER and was immediately admitted into the hospital and remained for one week. The receptionist was unconcerned with the urgency of the situation and never once suggested I call 911 or go to the emergency room for treatment, which should be standard procedure. I do not know whether Dr. Paronian was informed of the situation, as I have NEVER heard from him. I sent a letter to express my dissatisfaction with his lack of responsiveness and lack of concern displayed by his staff AND to cancel my second appointment in writing. I never received a response and received a phone call from his staff reminding me of my scheduled appointment. I received a second phone call asking me to call and reschedule my appointment. His staff does not have a clue and I will not be returning to see Dr. Paronian. I found another physician that IS responsive to my needs and shows some genuine regard for my well-being.
