This is an awesome place! They had great customer service! I was helped by this young girl Tiffany! She was awesome! I recommend this place to everyone! You won’t be disappointed!

Honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced for a watch battery replacement. Location is great but might miss it because there is no door at the very front it’s on the side.

I stopped in here a few weeks ago to get the battery changed on my Nixon 51 – 30 Chrono. First off it was a Saturday abotu 5pm and every other place I called was closed, didn’t have the battery or were «about to close,» Really? Anyway, enter Pasadena Watch Co. I called and the woman who answered assured me that they had my battery and were open. I showed up and was in and out in maybe 10 minutes all while admiring the displays, and having some good conversation.
A watch battery is so simple, anyone can do it. It’s the service that counts.

My husband and I were looking for a special gift for our daughter and saw and ad for PWC.
Tiffany was very helpful and accommodating. We found a beautiful gift and was so impressed with the service we received, that I left my watch for service.

Excellent customer service! Tiffany assisted my with getting a Swiss Army Watch. After I took it home I realized that was not a good fit. She gladly took it back and ordered me a different one. They have an excellent selection and are very easy to work with. I strongly recommend them!

good prices, and quick fix. all i did was get a watched resized, but lady was super friendly and helpful, got in n out quickly.

Excellent personable and expert service. I have been here 3 times — to change watch batteries, to get my watch re-​sized and to get another watch glass replaced and I am impressed each time with the friendly staff. Great store!

Amazing customer service and they know what they are doing. I made the mistake of taking my Tissot t-​touch to a non-​specialized watch store for a battery replacement, they put in the wrong battery and messed up my watch. PWC needed some time to work through the issues but they fixed, and all for only the cost of the battery. From now on it’s the only place my watches will go.

This place was my paradise to shop for watches with good fair prices from their top of the line Rolexes down to Seiko products, e.t.c…Ever since the new management came to the scene earlier this year, the labor increase big time, no more discount sales and I was in a middle of an argument as I walked in and some guys Seiko 5 watch glass was scratched and even was showing me and other customers the damage they’ve done to his watch… Unlike the last management, some new Asian lady manager have the audacity to ask me «Whats my profession»??,“How much you make at your job??” «Do I own a house»??? just because I was looking at a Rolex or a Tissot watch which I own them (Which clearly she doesn’t know)…I’ve been there once under the new management and will never return back… Period!

A week and a half ago I went in to pasadena watch to shop for a special leather band to replace the broken one on my husbands favorite and sentimental watch. The man at the store explained how difficult it was to find a 22 mm leather band, and he didnt have any but he could order one for me and I could pick it up at the store the next Wednesday.
I was excited about the band we were ordering and I stressed multiple times that this was a surprise for my husbands birthday and it HAD to be in when the man who works there promised it would be ready. He said it wasnt a problem, he had me pay up front which kind of irked me because I hadnt seen the product in real life yet but I shrugged it off and paid.
Wednesday rolls around, I called the store to let them know I would be coming in to pick up the watch for my husbands birthday… no one answered the phone (it was normal business hours). Called back hours later no one picked up again. I decided to not drive out to the store that day since no one was even answering the phone and decided to try the next day, thursday which would have been a day AFTER their promise of the watch to be ready for pick up.
Walk in to the store and the guy doesnt even remember me from the week before. I explain that I was to pick up my husbands watch and his face immediately drops and says, «Hmmm I havent seen any deliveries for your band». and I reminded him that it was super important for it to be ready as it was a birthday gift, the guy gives me attitude and throws his hands up in the air saying, «I dont know what you want me to do I dont have it here, maybe we can look it up online and track it by UPS». I was so frustrated that not only was my husbands birthday gift RUINED, the guy was super rude and totally dropped the ball, and I had paid for the band up front. I asked for a refund, which he gave me, and I took my business elsewhere:
I went to Tic Tme at 3214 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena and guess what? THEY HAD PLENTY OF 22 leather bands and the man was super sweet and helpful. Tic Time saved the day and I cant wait to show my husband his re-​vamped watch tonight for his birthday!

I’d gone in several times looking for a specific watch that they didn’t carry, so finally I ordered it online –which was fine. I took the watch in to be resized because I thought I needed a link added and a guy behind the counter, who must’ve recognized me from the times I inquired about the watch, gave me a little attitude when I said I bought it online. Feeling pretty good about it still, I handed over the watch and he took it in the back for what seemed like less than a minute but when I tried on the watch it was too big so I asked that the link be taken out again. 30 seconds later I was done and charged $ 10! His total work time on the watch was less than 2 minutes, he didn’t actually do anything –although I was willing to pay something– and I couldn’t believe he charged that much. I had the same thing done in Highland Park, by a much nicer man for only $ 4 previously. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be going back here, ever. The service is subpar and the prices are ridiculous!

Long story short, they charged me $ 10 for resizing and damaged my watch. When I came back they sad they can’t do anything about it. Don’t go there!

I love this store. The watches are awesome, the staff is excellent, and the location is on the very walkable strip.
The Hubs and I had a few watches we needed downsized, apparently we have smaller than average wrists. The process couldn’t be more simple. We handed over our watches after being sized and walked around looking at the display cases filled with watches of every style and price point.
I found a watch I had been seeking for quite some time. A matte black Casio calculator. I squealed like a kid who was told I was getting a puppy for Christmas. We happened to stop in while a sale was happening so I got it for a crazy awesome deal.
The timing, haha, couldn’t have been better! By the time I had paid for the new watch and the fees for resizing, the watches were done. I will totally be back in the near future, a nice Omega caught my eye and I intend on adding it or something like it to the collection.

1^st off, let me first warn that I’m a Watch-​lover… I have a mini collection (that I will/​am continuing to build) so this shop was a candy store for me.

I went in to get a watch re-​sized and they did it on the spot in less than 5 minutes.
I will definitely stop by next time I’m looking to buy a watch.

Incredibly fast–
Found a watch on Craigslist and the battery was dead. I told the «watch surgeon» I forgot my cash in my car outside. It could not have been more than 1 minute later but, when I returned to the shop he had my Nixon sealed up in a bag ready to go. I don’t know the gentleman’s name but he even gave me some advice on what to do about some shallow scratches on the watch face.
«When you’re good at something, you do it fast.» His words not mine haha

These guys are top-​of-​the-​line experts in all types of watches. I’ve yet to bring them a watch they can’t repair, and from batteries to re-​sizing, as well as purchasing new and gently used watches, they are the best deal in town.
Vic and Kevin run a classy shop and they deserve for you to check them out.

I’ e been going here whenever I need watch repair for the last 15 years. Victor is a great guy, very helpful and courteous to customers.
I recall the first time I went here to get the battery replaced on Tag Heuer. Victor went an extra step and pressure tested my watch, at no extra charge. He was able to repair my wife’s Bally watch, that other jewlers said was unrepairable. Recently, my wife broke the crown on her Movado watch. I took it to the authorized Movado repair in West LA. They quoted a price that was almost the cost of the original price of the watch. I gave it Victor to fix and a few days later he called me back to say it was ready for pickup. He only charged me parts and labor for the crown, and installed a new battery.
I would definately recommend Pasadena Watch Co. To any of my friends that need watch repair. Top notch customer service.

These guys rock. I come here every year and a half or two to get all of my watch batteries replaced to keep them all in perfect working conditions. Pasadena Watch Company is very professional, friendly and deliver great service and very competitive pricing for their services. I love the fact that they are locate in old towne, making it super convenience while my wife does her shopping, I can stop by to get my watch serviced. I have been coming here for the last 6 years, never a problem or complaint. They are also very detail oriented which is a plus. They really take care of your watch by delivering all of my watches bagged individually after the batteries has been replaced to prevent any scratches and to help protect the watches. Love that. Hope you will have the chance meet them and work with them.

Vic at Pasadena Watch Company was awesome! He not only fixed an old, expensive watch very well (and quickly) but also taught us a little about watches too.
The shop is tucked in a hallway that leads to Kings Row. Very easy to park in the garage behind the alley and walk through to the shop. Very neat and clean; and a lot of beautiful pieces available for sale.
I will definitely be taking all my watch needs to PWC in the future!
