Prime Automax

My car broke down today on my way from Monrovia to Valencia. I am not familiar with the area, but I pulled into the shop and spoke with Roal. He was amazingly helpful, tested and diagnosed my problem, gave me a very fair quote. He also directed me to where to go to get a cup of coffee and something to eat while I waited. He explained my problem in a way that I could understand, and also explained what he was going to do to fix it.
Excellent work ethic. Fantastic service. I will go out of my way the next time I have a problem and use them again. I am so glad that I found them. Roal made a scary situation into a good experience (at least as good an experience of having a broken down car can be)!

Robert was courteous and professional. I totally didn’t feel like I was being talked down to, which sadly, is a common occurrence when I’m getting car stuff done. The shop looked clean & orderly.
He didn’t stock the filters for my Golf TDI, but got them in and did the oil change the next day.
I don’t work too far from the shop, but he dropped my car off once it was finished! AND! They replaced one of those hard to get at bulbs for me, too!
I’d give a million stars if I could.

I feel nervous giving the first review, but Prime did a good job fixing my Avalon. Robert gave me a clear assessment and is just genuinely polite when he speaks. Their shop might not look like much (they opened a couple months ago), but from what I can tell, they seem really great and professional.
