I bought a washer, dryer, fridge and stove from Tony. After less than a year I had problems with the washer — I called him to get some help and without looking at my machine quoted me based on the most expensive problem it could be or told me to buy a new machine. Called another place and gave me a completely reasonable quote saying you couldn’t even know what the problem was until you looked. Charged me a quarter of the price to have the problem fixed. Will NOT be returning to Tony for anything!

Hi I am a customer of Tony’s I have bought other appliances here before washer and dryer but recently I brought a refrigerator and I called back to let him know it wasn’t working right he came out to my home and said he was going to charge me 160.00 to fix the relay switch I explained I just bought it and why do I have to pay he said it was my fault and when I get the money to call him back and walked out my house got in his truck well I don’t think so tony you are rude and a money hungry person ill never go back and the sad part is that I looked up the cost of the relay switch its only $ 13.23 so ill buy and put it on myself I DO NOT RECOMMEND He don’t take the time to listen

I’ve purchased a few times from Tony’s. He has a good selection of washers, dryers, and refrigerators. I bought a fridge and a washer on two separate occasions. Both are still in full working order.
I had an issue with the fridge not staying cold but Tony walked me through how it fix it right away. No problems since.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 2 months after my MIL purchased a refrigerator it stopped working. She contacted them as soon she began experiencing any issues and unfortunately there was nothing they could do due to it not being covered in the warranty. Granted, they aren’t technically responsible being that she had the frig for only 2 months before it completely went out, I’d expect them to at least come take a look at it. Bad business practices and a waste of her $ 200. Let me add that they responded to pick it up. Which seems shady. Unfortunately, I didn’t know about this until after the fact. I don’t trust this place

I just moved into my new apartment and in my hurry to find a place (I had to move out of my old apartment due to bad management) I got an apartment with no fridge… during the summer!
Desperate, my friend told me he bought a washer from this place and that it was super cheap and the owners were super nice. I went, found a fridge, begged for it to be delivered day of and the owner was super nice and said sure to everything. He didn’t charge me extra either for a rush delivery.
So the fridge is installed and everything is great? Nope, the next day I find the fridge flooded with water. After freaking out, the owner came back fixed the fridge and even helped me clean up.
Needless to say, I think I will be recommending this place to all my friends’ appliance needs in the future.

Happy with the used washer and dryer we purchased: they’re still going strong after two years and no repairs have been needed.
Extremely unhappy with the installation person who said that we needed to pay an additional amount of money for «good quality» hoses, etc. He also said that the owner was cheap. We called and reported this to the owner and he claimed to be shocked. (No, we didn’t pay the shake-​down money.) Will avoid dealing with this business in the future.
