These guys did my tint and it came out great! They work fast and and still get great results. I purchased the their groupon for the three rear windows and was so happy I brought my car back to finish my other windows! It would help if their wifi was faster for Netflix, but otherwise it was a great experience.

I was very happy with the work and the service I received. I messaged them on Unilocal and received a response in approximately an hour. I set up my appointment during lunch hours and by time I got off work my car was done. I went in unsure of what I wanted other than «dark» and JD showed me several options. I love the choice I went with. It’s exactly what I was looking for plus I have a lifetime warranty. My car feels new to me again. Thank you for great work! I have already referred someone to the Glendora location.

Took advantage of a Groupon and tried this place out for the first time after reading all the wonderful Unilocal reviews. Once I arrived, I stressed the fact that I didn’t want my tint turning purple on me in a few years. Without feeling pressured, I opted to upgrade to Color Stable tint for an extra $ 50 and went with 20% on all rear windows.
I had an 11 a.m. appointment and was out the door in just over a hour.
Just as I was getting ready to leave I noticed that the back hatch window tint was cut a little short on one edge, brought it to their attention and they immediately re-​did the tint with no questions asked.
Overall, great experience and will consider going back in the future.

Went in this morning no appointment and dropped off my car had it done by 2 pm. Dropped off at 11 am before work. Did an awesome job on the tint! Nice guys working there and explaining the different tint options. Price is a little high but for the quality very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

Today I took my brand new Honda Accord EX-​L V6 to have the windows tinted. The work was excellent and the car looks good. I opted for the best film there is the 3M Crystalline with 70 in the front to keep it as legal as possible and 40 in the back. I do recommend this shop to have your windows tinted. The place was busy but I did have a 1:30 appointment had to wait a little but the car was done by 4:00 p.m. JD and the crew were excellent. May hire them to do some tinting in some of my home’s windows.

My husband gets lots of his work trucks tinted here. So I knew I was walking into a reputable place. I brought my new 2-​dr 428I BMW for basic tint all the way around. These guys not only did a fabulous job, but they left the inside of my car as I left it, clean! WIth other tint companies in my past experiences, I found leftover tint, dirt and water marks from all the mess. Prices are average and installation time is quick and efficient.

Great experience. I found them through groupon, and saw how great their reviews were and decided to buy the groupon. Never got my windows tinted in any of my other cars before so I didn’t really know what to expect. Turns out you shouldn’t roll up in a completely dirty car like I did. Well they were nice enough to wash my car at no charge before they started the process. After that it was a quick 30 minute process and I was on my way home. My Windows look awesome and I am happy to know that there’s a warranty included!

Called in at 11AM and managed to get an appointment the same day at 3PM.
Came for a basic tint, but upgraded to a better film. Didn’t feel pressured or upsold at all.
The waiting area was a little cluttered and dirty, but that’s completely unrelated to the quality of work provided.
Came in at 3PM, left at 4PM with dark carbon tints on 5 windows. Looks great, fast service, free WiFi, comfy couch, what else can you ask for?

1st off JD & co are grade A1 installers and they treat you like family, I had these guys do my limo tint and then came back to replace all of my stock audio a week later and hands down THE BEST AUDIO SOUND I’ve ever had in my vehicles period point blank and I’ve owned a few in my time.
JD even took the time to teach me how to use the gps/​system lol, clearly good ppl who do good business here to the customers 100% satisfaction. Do yourself a favor, if you need a tint or have any car audio needs then look no further… VIP Auto Customs is where you need to go, if you’re in the Pasadena/​SGV area I seriously recommend stopping through, you won’t regret it. Oh and I will be back.

A well deserved 5 stars. I asked around and this shop was recommended so i read their Unilocal reviews which were pretty consistently good. I had a pretty big job. I bought an alarm, electric lock actuators and an aftermarket power window kit on line and needed it all installed in my 1985 Toyota RV. Plus i wanted tints. The manager JD kept me informed of the progress and showed me where to find bottled water for me and my dog while we waited. I had read online how difficult the windows are so i was prepared to wait a while and brought a book to read.
Rene and Oscar did a really beautiful job installing everything. Not easy on an old truck! The windows glide silently, the tints are perfect, the alarm and locks work perfectly and give me a sense of security. When they were testing everything at the end of the install they found my reverse lights weren’t working. I have a rear camera and aftermarket system installed someplace else and they had done it wrong! These guys found the problem and fixed that too. Overall, the BEST experience I’ve ever had with anything automotive or RV related. Everyone was professional, kind and knowledgable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I heart VIP AUTO CUSTOMS!

I’m very careful on who touches my car I went into this auto detail shop I seen they work on very expensive cars they’re very professional they’re friendly they have a good variety of equipment they do an excellent job on putting everything back together they’re good at Volkswagen Cabrio’s as well as other vehicles I highly recommend this detail shop for all my upgrades tint, stereo equipment

I found them on Groupon. I just had my windows tinted here today! Wow these guys are amazing! My appointment was at 1pm but they took me early. Smoothest process ever! I came in I chose the color tint I wanted and they took it from there. Everybody was nice, polite, smiling, they truly enjoy their job and take
pride in their work. Took about and hour and twenty minutes. Which was fast considering I thought it might take longer! My car looks brand new ! If you are looking for quality service and quality tints for your car, this is definitely the place to go.
This is the second time I got my car tinting here; not just because I want to get my car tinted, but because everyone here are so friendly and accommodating.
You will definitely not get bored because they have Netflix (movie of your choice) in an air-​conditioned room. Not to mention the complimentary beverages!
