I have personally used Nology computers since they first opened in PasoRobles they repaired and serviced our family’s computers. I also take laptop from my job. They are doing
All our work and they are really terrific!

Nology is the best technology store around. The owner Trey is friendly, knowledgeable, badass, and always available. No matter what piece of hardware you need purchased, or what problems or bugs you need fixed, Trey has assembled a crew of miracle workers! You do not need to look any further for your North County technology needs. (Side note, I recently learned owner Trey has his own comedy podcast… ask him to tell you one of his one-​liners!)

I had a malicious cyber attack on my computer, everything was encrypted and I was sure I had lost it all. 3 years of employee files and bookkeeping gone. Travis was able to restore all of my data with the help of carbonite. Anytime I have an issue he comes and fixes it no problem! He doesn’t sit around and waste time just to run your bill up. He gets in and gets the job done at the best of his ability! Very reputable and honest! Highly recommend!

Had my normal panic attack over the weekend when my router/​modem god knows what wouldn’t let me in to the internet. Hustled over to Nology and gave the router to Travis who tested it no charge. It worked, so then he gave me some free advice which I followed and as you can see I’m back up again.
Last year my little Toshiba netbook was giving me connection problems and they fixed that right away.
Their prices are reasonable and they are certainly really nice and knowledgeable.
They have a good business so you have to make an appointment to get stuff fixed, but they have a program for a small fee that lets you bring your gear in as soon as they have a time slot because of a cancellation or change in workload.
I’d trust them with any computer/​network problem you have. Plus they have refurbished computers at really reasonable prices.

In March I needed to buy a new laptop to replace the Dell Windows XP used laptop I had purchased from Nology a couple of years ago. I had been happy with it, but since Microsoft would no longer support XP, I wanted to find a used Windows 7.
I went back to Nology because I have always found them professional and helpful. Sure enough, they had a used Dell Latitude E6400 with Windows 7 at a price I could afford. I needed it right away because I was about to have foot surgery and I had to have a laptop so I could work from a recliner with my foot up. I bought the laptop and installed all my programs before I had the surgery on April 14.
A couple of days ago the computer started to slow down and pages started being unresponsive. Yesterday morning a message flashed on my screen that the hard drive was failing. I still can’t drive, so I had to wait for my husband to get home in the late afternoon to take the computer over to Nology. We got there around 4:30. I had given up any hope of having the computer back before Monday.
I can’t earn a cent without a computer to use, and I normally work most of the weekend.. Travis and company at Nology knew the bind I was in, and I had my computer, which was still under warranty, back before the store closed at 6 last night, and there was no charge. All my data had been restored, and when I got the computer back home it was as though nothing had happened. I could start working right where I left off.
This is at least the third time they have helped me out. They have always been professional and competent, and I know when I have a problem with a PC, I can rely on them. I highly recommend them both for buying computers and for repairing them. They stand behind their products and their work.

We were visiting Paso Robles when our laptop died in the middle of a major project. The Nology guys were very responsive and helpful to get us back up and running within just a few hours. We highly recommend them.

A client I was working on behalf of needed a custom computer built on a tight schedule. An optical drive that was ordered online from another retailer arrived DOA, so I needed a local option that could replace it ASAP. Nology had a unit in stock in the store and it only took a few minutes to get in, get out and get the drive installed. Their selection is sparse on some things and the return policy is fairly restrictive, but if you know what you want and they have it, it is a quick pit stop for your tech needs.

I have to say that Nology Computers and the owners (as well as staff) are a top notch, honest, trust worthy company. As a business owner myself, I know this is somewhat of a lost art.
I had a horribly rare situation happen with my laptop, and they came to bat for me with the manufacturer and were able to recover a refund. I really appreciate the time it took them to help me out in a situation where they did not have to, BUT chose to help. I highly recommend them.

These guys were fabulous! I was dead in the water with my notebook — I had forgotten my power supply while traveling. I frantically called around — most places were clueless, or «please drive 40 miles to our other store»!
Nology Computer not only had the correct part and fitting, they also had the best price and quickest service. They were very professional, and made sure to test everything with my notebook before I left the store.
I recommend them highly!
