Called one of graphic designer here to get information on some promotional materials I needed created/​printed. She told me to come in and discuss the project, which I did the next day. However, when I showed up at the office, her behavior was dismissive and nonplused… like «what the hell are you doing here?» Hmmm… you told me to come in?
When I finally was allowed (I had to coxed her) into her office to discuss the project, she was completely uninterested. Asked no questions. Gave no suggestions. I even had to ask HER to take my phone number.
In the end, she said she’d call that afternoon with an estimate, but never did. Surprise. I really wanted to give a local company my business, but what heck Blueprinter?! Why waste my time? Just tell me over the phone that you couldn’t/ wouldn’t get the job done. Anyway, went to a place in Atascadero and had a MUCH better experience.

I have worked with The Blueprinter for over 8 years now. I have always received outstanding customer service. All products are top notch. The staff is some of the friendliest around Paso Robles. They have created posters, oversized poster boards, flyers, thank you cards, business cards, tri-​folds, and a many other printed material items for my company at a very fair price. I highly recommend using The Blueprinter for any of your printing needs.

Great place for copies, brochures, business cards, flyers, posters,. and blueprints! Fast, friendly service. The staff always tries to accommodate «rush» orders for those of us that wait until the last minute for a job. The staff designer can help with your order. This is our ‘go to” place for anything that needs to be printed.

This is the best place to get copy’s done. The prices are the lowest I have found and the service is top notch. I recommend it to every one.

I have used The Blueprinter for about three years, for both business and personal projects, and they have been consistently fantastic. I have mainly used them to print order forms, flyers, and invitations that I have designed.
I work mostly with Breanna, and she is SO good about answering all of my questions and making the best suggestions for my projects. When I needed to have some bridal shower invitations printed earlier this year, she let me come behind the counter and go through all of their paper options to choose the type of paper I liked best. I really appreciated that.
The only tip I have is sometimes they don’t call when things are ready — so it is a good idea to call or shoot them an email to check on the status of a project, which hasn’t ever been a problem for me.
