I am very unhappy with the level(or lack of) customer service at this location. I have used UPS stores countless times and have always left happy. That being said this location was not up to par. After using online services to locate the store and use them to print business flyers, I arrived at the store to learn that«their online printing services have been broken» and that they haven’t had an urgency to fix it. After a lot of back and forth, they finally gave me the excuse that«this is a small town and these services just aren’t a priority». The manager also informed me that her general manager and owner were aware of the problem but also did not feel a need to fix the online printing. I was shocked. First, I don’t see Paso Robles as a small town. Second, that is no excuse. If the service doesn’t work, take it off your webpage.

I’ve always had good customer service at this location. Yesterday I dropped off a prepaid UPS pkg and the young lady was friendly and helpful. Each time I’ve had a different employee help me and all of them have been courteous.

I called to set up a mailbox from Orange county Ca. I explained I need to forward my mail because I am moving to Paso Robles. I was told I have to be in the store to do so; I said I can’t forward my mail until I have an address. I was also told I can’t do it by e-mail. I have since spoke with the manager of the UPS store on the other side of town, 2425 Golden Hill Rd #106, Paso Robles, CA. 5 star service, and everything was handled professionally via e-mail.
