The customer service was pretty bad this morning, or nonexistent would be a better word. I drove an hour with my fiancé to get to one of the few B2G locations in Massachusetts, intending to buy blinds for 10 windows in our home. We signed in to the iPad at the front of the store that they force you to disclose your email and phone # on prior to being helped. There were two other customers in the store when we arrived and two employees working — and in the 25 minutes we spent wandering the small store, we were completely ignored. Is a «good morning, we’ll be with you in a few minutes» too much to ask for? I have a feeling they overheard my fiancé remark that the blinds were way to expensive, and assumed we probably wouldn’t be buying much… but he wasn’t the one purchasing them, I was (and I was well aware what they cost). You just lost a huge sale.

The Peabody employees were very helpful — both on the phone and in person. Ordered a blind for an over-​sized, sunburst window and still had it in 2 days. We installed it ourselves in less than 10 minutes. Exactly what we wanted and what we were promised. Highly recommend and would shop here again.

Kristen and Herve were the most professional, patient staff. They also know their stuff as well as being helpful and have great ideas. The day my wife went in to purchase shades, they were the only two working on a very busy day. They never wavered once. Can’t say enough about these two young professionals. Keep up the good work. Just in case anyone thinks that the «To Go» in the name «Blinds To Go» means that you will leave with your custom-​cut blinds, I’m here to burst your bubble. You order your blinds, wait 2 days, then drive back to the store to pick them up (the «to go» part, I guess). Why name your store something so misleading? I need blinds today. I don’t feel like driving back to your store in 2 days. Compare this to The Container Store across the street who custom cut your closet rails and shelves while you wait & even bring them to your car! Are blinds harder to cut than metal rails and shelving??? C’mon. My beef has to do with the entire Blinds To Go store, not just the Peabody location.
