My neighbor had beautiful shades and I wanted to use the same company. So I first called Chris Kadaras few times, left message and there was no call back whatsoever from him. Then I called again few times and managed to get a hold of George Kadaras who said he will rely the message to Chris Kadaras (as this was under his account). Still no response for a few days. Then about a week later I heard from Chris via email that he will call back the Tuesday after Memorial day– and surprise– there wasn’t any call that whole week. Last few days I called George and he kept saying he will get Chris to call me. And that never happened. So today I spoke to the guy Chris Kadaras for the first time and he was completely «UNAPOLOGETIC’ and even had the condescending tone like, «what do you want, come to the point» I tried to tell him that if he didn’t want the job, the least he can do is let me know via email, phone and that this has taken forever. When I tried to request a time for them to come, He was like, «I can come this Friday between 10am –12pm. Do these people even know that regular people work during those hours? These people are so arrogant and the worst customer service experience I have had with any business. They do not deserve a single star. PATHETICALLY RUN BUSINESS.
