Nice clean facility with many options for equipment. Many cardio machines. Great exercise classes offered. Sauna in the ladies locker room. Child care is available on reservation. Nice helpful staff. Good family and student plans. open 24⁄7

While the gym does provide great classes that my wife did attend for a while, the gym itself lacks standard equipment. When was the last time that you went to a gym without a decline bench. Oh and if you ever want to stop your member ship at the gym it will take you two months, because you have to mail in your cancellation notice. For the most part the instructors were helpful, but other than that the staff were little more than space fillers.
