I had thought I had done research in picking a new bank and have been sorely disappointed. Unilocal doesn’t allow zero stars. Hidden monthly maintenance fees ATM fees and general inconvenience have forced us to again look for a new bank in less than a year of being members. All benefits previously enjoyed by being members of a credit union have been nonexistent at this branch. We moved from out-​of-​state and still continue to use our previous banks as we receive far better service even thousands of miles away. We will be closing all accounts at this location and again searching for a local bank that provides us with services and benefits rather than cost for the use of our own money.
