Jiffy Lube

I’m so bummed. I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a couple of years and they have always been very pleasant to deal with. Last night my husband replaced all 3 of my windshield wiper blades and today when I went in for an oil change the Jiffy Lube tech told me I needed my wiper blades replaced because they were brittle. It is so sad that they are willing to lie to their customers to make extra sales.

These people are liars and cheats!!! They told me my brake fluid was low and referred me to another jiffy lube to get it fixed. They even gave me some sort of pseudo coupon type thing… I went and looked at it myself when I got home and it was still close to the max fill line!!! Despicable!!! They also tried to say I had water in the line, so I went and had that double checked at ntb… Of course no water in the line and no copper either. These people need to be reported to the BBB. Like others before this review said, bad reviews are there for a reason. Please don’t take your car to these people.

Rainy day is a great time to get your car inspected and oil change. Fast and good service. They even had an online coupon.

3 reviews, all 1 star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They screwed up my air filter and computer system, then when they couldn’t figure out how to fix it, said it was screwed up whenever I had drove in. NOT TRUE. DAVID and BUCK, the pseudo-​managers there are not only incompetent, but rude. This place is an absolute clown show. Reviews are here for a reason people, do not take your vehicle here.

This is the worst Jiffy Lube ever. I have given them three chances and they’ve lied to me every time I’ve tried them. They claim to grease your fittings and check your tire pressure, but never do. This is stuff I paid for. I watched them and they did 3 of the 22 or so checks and services they claim to do (oil change, vacuum & add washer fluid is all they did). I knew I had a tire that was 10 lbs low and they said it checked out at 35 psi. I then approached the mnager and asked him to please put some air in my low tire. The manager just laughed and said their tire guage must be broken because it showed there was 35 psi in the tire. I paid almost $ 60 to get lied to and screwed. Take it to an independently owned service center like Kwik Kar across the street. If it is independently owned then they’ll have some incentive to keep you happy and coming back. Jiffy Lube at 3021 Broadway in Pearland is a joke! BTW, I would never personally insult any employee, but if you look me in the eye and lie to me after taking $ 60 from me, then you are fair game. All you scummy, tattooed thugs at this Jiffy Lube can kiss my butt!

I use to bring my car here all the time for a quick oil change until they blew my fuel pump. Then they blamed me for it happening. Last I checked I wasn’t a mechanic.
The general manager and manager where unhelpful and mean.
I called jiffy lube directly and they said there was nothing they could do.
I recommend no one come here or to any Jiffy Lube.
Get your oil changed at your car dealership.
