Soon I parked, the gentleman (Gabe) walked up to me by my car in the parking lot, which I thought it’s a nice touch in terms of customer service.
I was here for a cat-​back exhaust replacement. I mean, it’s an easy job and they charge accordingly. I am a semi-​amature handy man on cars and bikes, and I don’t mind coming back here later on down the road if I ever need their help again.
I can’t speak for other services they have there but I had a good experience there for the short encounter.

I went to Kwik Kar for inspection because they offered a free car was with it. Who doesn’t want a car wash?
It was quick indeed. The emoloyees were nice. They replaced the sticker. When I saw my car being washes I cringed a little because the machinery they have does not look paint friendly. I wouldn’t put my car in that wash again. Overall nice place.

I went on 10.14.2013 and handed the guy my insurance and also my registration ticket. I asked while he was doing my inspection sticker if he could add the registration ticket as well. I went in, it was fast and quick and I paid and left. I didn’t think anything about looking for my sticker cause yes, I am a girl. I don’t pay attention to stuff like this. Anyway, two weeks later my husband asked why my sticker wasn’t on the car and I had no clue. I looked all through the car, everything. I didn’t even have my insurance card in my car. Therefore, the service guy Ramses Arqueta (what kind of name is that anyway) either 1. threw away all my paperwork or 2. inspected my vehicle and passed it without proof of insurance. HHHMMMMM… I called the manager and he said i waited and called too long.
Bottom line, you’re just a number, they don’t care and they obviously hire anyone. If you have no commen sense, no personality, and don’t care about having customer service, you should put in a n application here. Ask for Jim. He is the mgr.

The name of the business does not imply the speediness of their service. It took 68 min to do an oil change with only one other customer there.

I’m not sure how this place was with the previous owner, however judging by the other reviews, it wasn’t that great. Well now that there is a new owner, I think that they will receive better reviews. I stopped in for an oil change. There was no wait. The moment I drove up, the manager greeted me. I went inside to fill out some paperwork and was immediately greeted by the owner who was chatting with another customer. In addition to the oil change, I also had my headlights buffed and they looked like brand new headlights when they were done. They told me how long everything would take (20 – 30 minutes tops) and the cost. I was very pleased with the work. I plan to go back here for my next oil change.

The idiots over there had put too much oil in my car. Next thing you know, I had oil trying to escape where ever it could. Had to get the air filter, spark plugs and PCV valve replaced and the fuel injectors cleaned.
All the guy had to say, «You should have ran the car a little longer, it would have burned the oil!» Can’t do that if your car stalls out completely and it won’t even turn over!!! Now, I only do oil changes at the dealer.
UPDATE 10÷11÷12: The place closed down. I saw a Realtor’s sign in the front of the shop and it was closed up pretty good. You get what you give…

Came here for an automobile inspection. They didn’t close the hood properly and left the gas cover open. Great job, guys!
At least I passed, and they remembered to put the new sticker on. I guess that’s good enough for 3 stars!
