We’ve been teaching men, women and children the art of Karate for over 25 years.

Our core program focuses on instilling Self-​Control, Focus, Self-​Discipline, Goal Setting, Positive Attitudes and Respect in each student whether they are 4 years old or 64 years old. Each student will be on a journey of a lifetime creating a sharper, supple body and discover themselves in a unique way.

Learning is the key to all our work. Making the atmosphere safe and enjoyable is our goal. Parents who have been with us for a while say that Go No Sen Karate is a intricate part of their family life. Unlike other sports, which have try-​outs, we encourage all students to participate and gain all the benefits the Martial Arts have to offer. History

Established in 1993.

In 1983 a small framed, pimple infested, braces wearing young boy walked into his first karate class after being tormented and bullied for years. He had enough! He needed to grow confident and strong. He did. However, what he found to be a greater side effect was he became more respectfully, disciplined and focused. In 1987 he started teaching martial arts in his living room for 3 of his friends. He later rented a room twice a week which grew to over 50 students. After growing out of that space, he rented an even bigger place as he grew more and more popular helping the community raise stronger and more confident children. After many years, Go No Sen Karate is a highly sought after karate school with focus on family values, raising real winners and helping the martial arts grow by passing down an ancient art from teacher to student. Business Owner

Adam McCauley is a 6^th Degree Black Belt instructor with over 27 years experience. He has taught the United States Marshalls as well as other National, State and Local Law Enforcement agents. Mr. McCauley is a Child Abduction specialist and a speaker of many public and private schools and corparate events. Mr. McCauley has extensive experience in Bully Prevention, Women’s Rape Awarness as well as Weapon training in conventional and Kobudo (the ancient art of weapons). He has won over 100 + Tournaments, including national champion at West Point in 1999.
