Description

Specialties

We specialize in contemporary and classic bistro dishes– the world’s original «comfort food». Oysters on the Half-Shell, incredible seafood, perfect roast chicken, onion soup, steak and French fries, mussels, pates, and wonderful additions to the menu every day with influences from around the world! All in a beautiful wood paneled and mirrored restaurant on the main street of Pelham just a few blocks off the Hutchinson River Parkway. When weather permits we have a lovely sidewalk café.

History

Established in 2009.

Bistro Rollin was opened in June 2009 and by Barbara and Arthur Bratone who have lived in Pelham for many years. In 2010 they were joined by their son, Paul. You will almost always find one of the Bratone’s in the Dining Room. The kitchen is under the direction of Chef Eric Mauro, who trained at Three-Star Michelin in Spain and has spent the last 5 years at Bistro Rollin.

Great food, warm, welcoming, in a lovely setting with wood paneled bar and dining areas, with mirrors, tin ceilings and wonderful art work.

Meet the Business Owner

Arthur, Barbara and Paul B.

Business Owner

The Bratones worked internationally for many years before opening Bistro Rollin. Barbara was the Executive Director of the La Napoule Art Foundation in the Cote d’Azur and Arthur was Managing Partner of a private company based in the Middle East and a longtime Trustee of The American University of Paris. Their careers allowed them to travel extensively and explore their love for food and wine in some of the greatest restaurants across the world. In 2009, they decided to share their journey with others. Bistro Rollin is the result. It is their idea of the perfect dining experience — a combination of impeccably prepared food and exceptional hospitality in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Their Chef, Eric Mauro, trained at Three-Star Michelin in Spain and has spent the last 5 years at Bistro Rollin. Classic French techniques which emphasize quality ingredients and meticulous preparation.
