I have been going here forever the prices can’t be beat however the customer service here is terrible. The gentleman who works there has no interest in helping you & if you ask a question he’s annoyed & terse. If I don’t need something immediately I buy online & pay the few extra $$ so I don’t have to deal with him

Not sure if the venezuelan guy that works there is the owner but if he does, his lack of customer service skills is definitely the reason why i would not go back to this place.
My recommendation is go somewhere else. There are plenty of businesses out there that sell the same products.

I have been going to the store for quite a while because of convenience and the prices seem to be right! The past 5 or 6 times that I purchased the same vitamins I’ve been purchasing for years… have been coming in broken powdery and hard to swallow! They refuse to take any returns and will not allow me to open them before I purchase them even if I purchase them at that minute and they are broken they will not take them back! They lack customer service!

Please avoid this store. They treat their customers very poorly and they have a ridiculous return policy. I purchased a pair of gloves that ended up being too small for my hands, it was still brand new and I literally purchased it 20mins earlier and the guy refused to exchange the pair of gloves for something larger. Extremely poor service… Please avoid.

Below average nutrition store. The one man that was working there offered no help whatsoever. when we asked him questions he was very rude and short with us, when it was obvious we came in to purchase a product. He was not even trying to hide his displeasure in helping us. Even after this, we still purchased the product we came for. Location is the only reason he is still in business. Next to la fitness is incredibly smart. He has the potential to be very successful if only he actually LIKED what he did.
