Midtown Car Wash & Detail Center

So today I took my 2000 pontiac grand am to get an interior detail only. He quoted me a price of $ 75. I dropped it off at 8am and the car wasn’t ready for another six hours. No one there spoke any English so they had to call the owner to communicate with me. After all was said and down there are still some minor stains in the carpet but overall they did a fair job. I paid $ 140. An extra $ 65 from the quoted price. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s a rip off!!! I repeat do not go to Midtown Car Wash. Trust me!

i wanna start off by saying that i am anal about my cars… with that being said i have been coming to midtown for over 10 yrs. The washers there do a phenomenal job! They really take there time and meticulously detail your car even when there is a line of cars waiting they still take the time to make sure every customer is satisfied i highly recommend!

This place deserves 0 stars! Took my SUV to get detailed last week. They tell me to have it there by 8:30am so I did. Call around 4:30 and they hadn’t even started cleaning. They close at 6. Went to get it. Paid $ 150, then noticed stains and coffee smell (reason why I took it to get detailed) were still there and called them. Even a pen was left in the same exact spot! The owner said to bring it back on Wednesday. Bring it on Tuesday and the workers tell me it can’t be done during the week. Bring it back again on Saturday at 8am. Go to pick up the SUV at 5 and nothing had been done. They said they didn’t have time for it. Of course they don’t since they already took my $ 150!!! Never ever going back and telling everyone I know to stay far away!!!

I own a 2012 MINI Cooper Countryman and decided to take it here because their sign says HAND WASH. I took it in on Monday, May 19. They used a POWER WASHER on the roof which destroyed the Union Jack graphic on the sun roof panels. There is a large hole in the rear panel and it is peeling away from the front section. They refused to take any responsibility and said it must have been a piece of s#*t (their words) to begin with. It will cost me over $ 300 to get it replaced.
