I gave my new car for car wash. There are some scratches on my car hood after wash. It’s a new car and really felt bad after going there. Please check the car before going home.

Tried this place for the first time this weekend and they did an ok job. There were black scuff like marks all over my car that weren’t there when I arrived, and they seemed to miss them when cleaning/​drying the car. I pointed out the issue to the woman drying my car and she was very nice and removed the dirt spots they missed but I wouldn’t go back because had i not gotten out to inspect my car, I would’ve left with bird poop, black scuff marks, and dirt on my car.
