I worked with Jeremy with my first loan as a single mother, and all odds were stacked against me! He was able to accomplish the unthinkable, & actually put me in a great position. When my now husband & I needed to upgrade to larger place with our new blended family I knew exactly who to call. Jeremy and his team once again worked miracles and made the process seamless. In both situations I funded in under a month.
At every stage of the loan we would receive a video message from Jeremy explaining where we were in the process and what to expect. This was my favorite part, I couldn’t wait to watch the next video. I am probably the most difficult of clients, I have a million questions & want to understand every aspect, and every penny. They answered every question & I ALWAYS received a response within hours of a call or email. Jeremy & his team are ALL STARS & show so much class. After missing a phone appointment I called the office to explain I had been rushed into surgery, to my surprise (2) days later they sent the most amazing box of cookies & get well wishes.
We have now refinanced one home & just the other day I looked into refinancing my rental property. To my surprise Jeremy actually advised me to look into selling because that first property he helped me with now has almost tripled in value. He is extremely knowledgeable in Capital Gains laws & walked me through both options, potentially cutting him of of business but clearly having my best interest in mind.
We are in our 30’s, a military family, and own 2 properties that both have made tons of equity, none of this would have been possible without Jeremy and his team. DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE, IT DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS.

We went to Jeremy for help with the refinance of our house to get a lower rate and to pull money for home repairs. He and his team took very good care of us and we felt that they communicated with us very well and made sure that we understood and had a voice in every step of the refinance. Through personalized video, email, phone calls and office visits we were thoroughly informed about where we were in the process and what timetables to expect. Even when we, late in the process, decided to alter the amount we were financing, Jeremy’s team was happy to assist with the new documents reflecting the changes. They were very accommodating with our busy schedules. Even after the money was received, the home repairs were completed, Jeremy’s office contacted us to make sure everything worked out well with the refinance. I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone needing to finance/​refinance their homes.

Jeremy is top notch. I have used him now on multiple loans and they do not get any better! My wife was a realtor so we both know how «loan guys» can be. But Jeremy takes the ball and runs! poor customer service, I will find another lender next time, they will rush you without explaining things his coworkers are hard to reach you call them, email them leave a message took them 48 years to get back to you and not reading or studying your file, only good thing is the interest rate

I would in fact recommend Jeremy and his Team to any of my clients. As a real estate agent in San Francisco, my wife and I was turned down for a loan due in part to being a 1099 person and self employed. Once he received my information everything was submitted to his underwriter and I had a «formal» loan approval within 3 days. None and I mean NONE of the big lenders can touch that. I’ve been in this business for over 20+ years and if you really want a 11^th Hour Surprise, go directly to the big lenders… they will for sure stop your heart. I’ve read all of his reviews and I for one am surprised somewhat by the negative reviews. Like anything else in our world, there is ALWAYS two sides to each story. He closed our deal within 21 days and at a rate better than the BIG lenders quoted. I’m sorry to hear some of these stories however, Jeremy’s team is top notch in the crazy and wacky world called Lending. I can assure you I deal with horror stories everyday regarding some of these lenders these folks mentioned and their particular outcomes are extremely rare… and that I guarantee! I recently purchased a house with my fiancée. Our experience was not a good one. Jeremy had some great suggestions at first when we came to him for a refi and a new home mortgage and I’d heard great things about him. But, once he had us, things got bad pretty quickly. From quoting us numbers different than what he actually offered when went to put in a bid, to refusing phone calls, to throwing in a point we’d never discussed, to being really unresponsive, hard to understand, rude and untrustworthy, I was worried throughout our total refi experience. For our new home deal, I felt so worried about our dealings with Mr. Forcier that we went with a someone else at our realtor’s suggestion (Bank of the West) and got a really dramatically different — and much, much better — deal.
It took months before we saw the refund we had coming to us from the refi — and I’m not sure we ever would have received it had I not stayed on it constantly, including everyone I could think of on emails so that he couldn’t avoid the issue. Save yourselves the trouble.
