Denise S. has been a Petaluma resident since 1992. She started her real estate career with Frank Howard Allen in 2004 and added property management services in 2009. In 2010, Denise formed her own Independent Real Estate company, Sperling Real Estate.

Denise is a sponsor and volunteer for the Petaluma Animal Shelter. She also donates her time to help with the fundraising events.

Our family has worked with Denise Sperling for over 10 years. She has been our realtor selling a home, buying a new home, short-​selling that home, and now buying another new home just recently. On top of that, she managed my father-in-law’s rental home and later sold that for us as well. Obviously we wouldn’t think of working with any other realtor or property manager. She is absolutely the BEST! She took the time to understand our wants and needs and was very patient with us through every buying and selling experience. Her knowledge of real estate law and landlord — tenant rights is phenomenal. She has maneuvered us through many situations with great integrity and professionalism. Denise is a stickler for details which ends up paying off in the end. Her ability to be calm and reassuring through the most arduous situations and processes is astounding. We love Denise!
