Not so good. I’m a frequent subway consumer so I know the good from the bad. This one just wasn’t good. The produce didn’t taste fresh. The cookies didn’t taste right. The employees were nice so I’ll give them stars for that. But I’ll probably stick to the other subways in this town.

Very friendly staff !!! However, I absolutely hate the fact that I payed for avocado to be added on my sandwich($ 1.50) & they are cheapskates about it, they barley put any. Next time I’ll just buy myself a whole avocado for the same price and add it on myself.

This place sucks! Seriously! The place is crammed, the people who work here seem to be in some kind of a hurry, and want you to leave as soon as you can. I ordered a veggie sub, and the server didn’t even add a veggie patty to my sub, even after telling her several times! She just refused to listen! They have a flyer out that says«help wanted» they seriously need help.

This Subway wouldn’t be any different from any other Subway restaurant. The sandwich wasn’t anything exceptional, especially for the price. The place was well-maintained, and clean. However, two things made me decide not to eat here again. After a long drive from Fairfield to Petaluma, I needed to use the restroom. It wasn’t a bad restroom, except the toilet paper was one of the worst things I have ever experienced. This stuff made sandpaper seem soft. In fact, I wouldn’t have been surprised if it was used to sand down the walls at some point. My girlie parts did not appreciate my use of this TP for several days. Secondly, while my sandwich was being made, I was asked the customary question regarding my vegetables. I said, «No jalapenos.» I see a wayward jalapeño get tossed on my sandwich with the pickles, and I wasted about a minute and a half with the gal arguing that I saw one on there. She didn’t even want to look for it, but I’m food-sensitive to jalapenos and I didn’t want it there. I can understand from her vantage, she may not have seen it, but a cursory glance to see what I’m talking about would have been nice. But if you do decide to visit this Subway, I really recommend using the bathroom at the Starbucks next door until they change toilet paper brands!
