I went to this location a bunch of times, and never had a bad experience. I went on Saturday to look for a pair of lace socks for my toddler to wear to church on Sunday. I didn’t see what I was looking for, but my daughter saw some sandals that she desired. So I decided to purchase them. I got to the checkout, and they associate ring it up, and the amount came out to be less than $ 20. Well, I only had cash on me at the time, and only had big bills too. But this was in the middle of the day, the store had been open for business for most of the day. Being that I worked in retail, I know that they should have some change in the store. So the cashier didn’t have any change for the larger bill, so she asked the other cashier. The other cashier with an attitude said(in front of another customer) I don’t have any change for her. I can’t help her. There was another associate staying to the left of that cashier, that stated to that cashier that she should have change, because someone else paid for their merchandise earlier that day with a large bill. The second cashier chose not to listen. So I stated, «you’re going to tell me that there’s not any cash in this store that smaller than what I’m offering you?» And they both was like«nope we don’t have it» So that’s when they said amongst themselves ask Vanessa. Vanessa was the manager on duty, who happened to be standing there behind me, like she was on guard or something. As if I was going to try to steal these shoes. When I am giving money to the cashier for my purchase. Before the first cashier could asked the question good… Vanessa said no, I don’t have any. So you’re telling me, that if I try to make purchase and only have cash, but not the exact change, I can’t do it in your store. Hmmm, well I never seen a store that about not wanting someone business, but they were. Very much so. By this time, my daughter had the shoes on, and trying to buckle them. So I started to dig deep into my pockets and I was lucky enough to have the exact change in my pocket. But as we were leaving, I didn’t get a come again, a bye or nothing from the other associates, and they were standing by the door folding clothes. I felt very targeted as if I committed a crime. I work for law enforcement, so the last thing I was thinking of was commenting a crime at THECHILDREN’S PLACE. They clothes are not the greatest of quality.

Came in today with my family. Wasn’t greeted. Two employees in plain view. Female and male with a curl Mohawk. Didn’t seem friendly at all. Didn’t ask for help. I shop a lot at the children’s place it’s my first choice when comes to shopping for gifts as well. The shitty vibe I get from these places is what will make me shop here less. C’mon it’s a «children’s place» lighten up. Smile. Greet. Ask customers if their finding everything ok. Do your JOB.

I am glad to have a Children’s Place clothing store near by. This is the place to get all your children’s clothing needs! They always have great deals and are $ 2 dollars less than Target. This store has a lot to offer for the size of the store.
