At Home

Great new business model (formerly Garden Ridge Pottery) and this is a new location I finally made it to.
Large aisles, spacious areas and plenty of items to choose from. Many are at good prices and some are close to other stores, but you cannot beat the overall general selection of things they have for your home.
I needed a new outdoor door mat and they pretty much had the largest selection I have seen in the area, with MANY that were unique when compared to other stores.
Indoors or outdoors they seem to have you covered with tables, chairs, decorations of all types that go on walls or on surfaces.

I came here since I always pass it on the toll road and I’m so glad I did. I went in thinking this place was going to be basic products with high prices. Boy was I wrong. I walked in and browsed the store but didn’t purchase anything since my house is still being built. But I definitely know where I’m going to get some contemporary chairs and a couple of other things. It is not a whole furniture décor store, but has some pieces that I know fits my style.

Horrible customer service. Went to this location last weekend and bought several items for Christmas… garland, small tree for my dad, some yard decorations. Getting checked out was a nightmare. The cashier that finally waited on me would not even allow me to get my items out of the buggy. She scanned the items in the buggy which come to find out I was charged twice for one tree and twice for a picture frame. I realize now I should have paid more attention to my receipt because I cant seem to get a response back from customer service regarding the double charges

I visited this location last week. I have visited the other location off 183A within the month.
Both locations are lacking in associates and the type of customer service you might expect from a Hobby Lobby or Michaels home décor stores.
When you do actually find an associate, they are young and inexperienced about whom they work for or what they are doing. Example: Kristopher the «manager» from the Pflugerville location had no idea how to treat a customer when asked about pricing conflicts. If there are any mismarked items be prepared for a fight and an unhappy resolution. And they don’t seem to mind because there aren’t any store managers or upper management to complain to or that care any more than they do. They could care less about repeat business and that is why I won’t be stepping into one again!
As far as the merchandise goes? I can get cheaper and FAR better quality at ANY other home décor store than at At Home.

This is my «go to» store for almost everything. When we bought our house here I practically lived in this store. I’m shocked the people there didn’t know me by name. I once was looking for a table set and found exactly what I was looking for on display at this location. They had no more in stock but called around to the nearby locations but to no avail. They sold me the display at a discount and carefully wrapped each piece to avoid the wood being nicked in transition. This is typically my one stop shop– if you can’t find it here then it doesn’t exist! Slight exaggeration but you get the point :-)

You can always find something here for your decorating needs. Nice, big store. Large selection.

This is my ‘Happy Place’. I’ve been to the new store several times in Cedar Park and it is clean with large aisles. I needed new patio cushions. At one specialty store they were $ 70 each piece. I got cushions that are fade resistant at the new At Home for about $ 30 each piece. It is about a 30 mile one way drive for me but well worth it.

I can spend hours in this store, this one used to be a garden ridge that they re-​opened under At Home. Everything is very well organized in the store and they have a huge selection of home goods at reasonable prices.
We got some pots for my newly and hopefully not short lived gardening hobby… everything was so beautiful that it was hard not to walk away with more.
They have great selections of patio furniture, knick knacks, paintings, stools and tables… you name it and they have it pretty much!

My first visit and I did find the outdoor chair cushions I was shopping for. The place was practically empty on a weeknight and that made it easy to shop. The store doesn’t seem much different than when they called themselves Garden Ridge. As another reviewer noted, you must look carefully for imperfections before buying. I will check Hobby Lobby first because they offer the same décor items and you can always get a 40% off coupon at
. At Home will allow only a 10% discount on your next shopping visit if you join their mailing list. You can signup at the register or online. I asked if I could use the 10% off today when I filled out the slip to join the mailing list. You would have thought I had asked the cashier for a kidney. An emphatic «NO» from the lackluster young male clerk. I had told him it was our first time at the store. The place was empty. He was obviously not the store manager or their Director of Marketing but in the interest of wanting me to return for a second visit he probably could have given me the discount or at least have been pleasant or enthusiastic encouraging me to return to shop with them again. I won’t be surprised if this store closes as soon as their first lease is up. Worth checking out but I think Tuesday Morning offers better quality merchandise with much more pleasant staff.

Great selection and prices. Everything you need for home décor, but I personally wouldn’t buy furniture here. Takes a while to get there since they relocated but it’s not too bad.

I’ve seen comparisons of the new location & name to the previous Garden Ridge. I only visited Garden Ridge when they were closing so things were a mess and picked over. So my perspective going into At Home was fresh. I’d heard about it and as a home accessories lover (who am I kidding I just love shopping). I couldn’t wait to stop in.
I found myself stopping by one Sunday morning before going grocery shopping. It’s a pretty big store and was well organized. It was not crowded which was fantastic. I was able to move about without worrying about others being in my way. I went in with some items in my mind that I was interested in. However, as I browsed up and down every aisle (yes every aisle!) my list grew. So many things I want in my new apt when I move next month. Luckily I kept things somewhat under control and did not spend all my money.
I came across a couple employees who were nice but no one bothered me while I was shopping. I appreciated this. I just like to be able to find an employee when I need them vs them bothering me every few minutes. Let me shop in peace… There’s some serious thinking going on when I am shopping.
Two things I was looking for I did not see. One was flatware and chair seat covers. Also there could be some improvements to the dinnerware offerings (Note all things that were on my wish list lol).
Lastly, be sure to look at whatever it is your buying. Some items I picked up (before buying) had some noticeable imperfections. I imagine these imperfections are why things are so cheap.

BEWARE of Garden Ridge’s (At Home) rugs. We bought two rugs at $ 299 per rug. I ended up taking several sick days off work with the worst allergies in my life. We have a Dyson vacuum and once we realized that the massive thick layer of fibrous dust blanketing our home came from these rugs we vacuumed them (again) five more times and each time filling the vacuum to the top with microfibers. These rugs caused our family to get deathly ill and spend hundreds of dollars on doctor visits, over the counter drugs, and again hundreds to have our home professionally cleaned. Their rugs are NOT safe to put into your home and likely make your family erupt in allergies so bad they mirror full flue-​like symptoms. I sneezed and coughed so badly through the entire Christmas holiday I had nose bleeds, headaches, and sinus pressure. Every time someone walks over the rugs a flurry of fiber float through the air. No matter how much you vacuum the rug they leave the vacuum overflowing. Worst thing that has happened to our family in awhile and we have at-​home to thank for it. Never again. We are a very healthy family and rarely do we suffer from any kind of health issues weather be flu or allergies.

This store lacks what the old store had in it. Great place to get a good deal on a Christmas tree and decent size one if you are lookking for the big one. Although the new location is still new well its missing a lot of variety that the old location had. The store is very clean and pretty big as the old one but I will have to come back in a couple of months to rate again. Overall I like the store look they just need to fill this place up with a lot more merchandise.

Not impressed with this new version of Garden Ridge at all. Garden Ridge was always a warehouse store, but it had personality to it. This store was lacking in personality and product. I stopped by the Stone Hill Town Center last week, and found rows, and rows of bare shelves. Some aisles were stocked from top to bottom, and then you’d come across five to six completely bare all throughout the store. I went shopping for rugs and their selection was very poor, and unimpressive. I don’t think I’ll be going back, they do not have the charm or the product they once carried, and the new name really does not carry any appeal either. Wasted trip.

Love this store! Fabulous Christmas selection and basically whatever home needs you might have. They have so many unique items you won’t find anywhere else. Excellent customer service. I had forgotten an item at the store and couldn’t find a number to call them, so I emailed and they quickly responded and took care of me. Thanks At Home!

My happy place. I anxiously awaited «the change» and I was not disappointed. The new At Home store is a fresh facelift of its old counterpart. I visit frequently to decorate my new home, one room at a time. I am always impressed with my unique finds in the store and have even turned on my friends and family! It’s the aisles of my creative brain thrown on a retail canvas. Until the next room, but for now, Christmas!!!

I have mixed emotions on this one. I was pretty excited to come here based off of their commercials, so I was a little disappointed that they are pretty much Garden Ridge. Not that I don’t like Garden Ridge, I just expected something different. They have an overwhelming amount of wall art, clocks, rugs and accent furniture. During the holidays, they have a lot of Christmas décor — but personally, I prefer Hobby Lobby’s selection.

maybe it’s because they just relocated and haven’t gotten things right yet… but just did not feel the same and seems a lot smaller than when it was «garden ridge» in round rock… i’ll give it time before i go again

Ok so if you were a fan of Garden Ridge you got to know it just moved way out of town and it rebranded itself into some fresh colors and the name At Home. Everything else about the store is the same…
Great place to find Christmas decorations, cheap art, candles, pillows, home organization, outdoor furniture… I don’t know, you name it, they probably have some of it. I wouldn’t come here for furniture but everything else you’d need for the house, it used to be worth the detour, but being So Far out, I’m sure I wouldn’t be dropping by as often.
I like the new refreshed look, if you have nothing to do on the weekend, it might be worth a drive to 45 & 130. Yes be ready to pay tolls to get here!
