The Christmas Light Pros

Back in early November, I was interested in getting my Christmas lights installed. One day while driving in Cedar Park, I saw a truck towing a trailer that was advertising the «Christmas Light Pros» (dot com). I visited their website and filled out the contact card so someone could call or email me back about my request. Within a day or so, I received an email from Eric Campbell responding to my request. He provided me with some basic information, but didn’t provide me with the quote I was requesting (I asked for a quote for all four sides of my house, and his quote was only for the front). Therefore, I responded to his email and have still been waiting for his response since 11÷21÷14.
After waiting for about a week and a half and not hearing back from Eric, I decided to call him directly using the number that he had provided in his original email. Not to my surprise, I received a voicemail and I left a detailed message, requesting that he call me back. That was on 12÷01÷14 and I am still waiting for him to call me back.

SO, LONG STORY SHORT: IF YOU WANT YOUR LIGHTS INSTALLED BUT DON’T WANT THE INSTALLER TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH YOU (OR TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AT ALL), THEN CALL THESE GUYS. OTHERWISE, YOU’RE BETTER OFF TAKING YOUR CHANCES WITH ANYONE ELSE WHO ALSO PROVIDES THIS SERVICE.
AVOID THE CHRISTMAS LIGHT PROS LIKE EBOLA!!!
