Adesso Lounge

I usually smoke at Ashton’s, which as we all know is quickly becoming the home of all things great about Cigars and Service. However, I’m always interested in giving something new a try. with that thought in mind I decide to try Adesso.
In no way was I expecting the kind of service that I receive from Ashton’s, I kept my expectations low.
However, I did at least have the minimum expectations of a stocked bar. I usually drink grapefruit juice and vodka, in my opinion not a complicated drink, not a drink with a lot of ingredients.
Vodka, grapefruit, maybe a lemon or a lime… tada. done!
So, after I managed to get someones attention because for whatever reason even thought the place was not crowded, no one would look directly at me.
I asked for a vodka and grapefruit along with a glass of water.
He looked, she looked, they looked. but there was no grapefruit to be found. Not a can, nothing.
So, in response I received «Sorry, we don’t have any grapefruit juice»…the bartender just WALKED away to finish his conversation with the other bartender.
An offer of a suggestion, maybe even my glass of water? Maybe.
NOPE…nothing for you.
Discussing the events with my companion just resulted in me asking for another glass of water and just calling it a night… at least for them.
We went somewhere else.

Great place! Really comfortable seating, friendly and efficient (but not annoyingly pestering) service, and awesome music with a live band and no cover charge tonight. Also smokers can smoke, and cigars can be bought, but it’s so well ventilated you can hardly notice it! So great for smokers and non smokers alike
