Love this gym! It has everything I need and more. A sauna, tanning bed, child day care, nice equipment and classes running through out the day. Positive environment… Oh and they have a juice bar:)

I was once a personal trainer, that was many moons ago. After a failed marriage, a baby girl, an unsuccessful love affair, many career changes and a hypoactive thyroid situation, I found myself 67 pounds overweight, i joined this gym being very self conscious, and realize now, that I’m capable of more than i ever thought possible. 30 pounds lighter, and with renewed self esteem, I’ve only two words,“Queet Fitness.” Ask somebody. Anybody there. He’s the real deal, Cuz.

I used to dread the gym. It was always too hot, half the machines didn’t work, people would talk on their phones way too loud, and it was pretty filthy.
Club metro is the opposite of what I’m used to.
It’s large and airy. The machines are relatively new and in great working order. Not to mention they track your workout and give you the option of TV or videos or music.
It’s clean. I’d almost not wear flip flops in the shower (but I’m half OCD so I can’t do that.)
There’s a sauna. It works. It’s usually empty.
There are a decent number of and variety of classes.
There’s a smoothie bar. And it’s reasonably priced.
Did I mention «adult jungle gym»?
You don’t get stuck in a contract — you can pay month by month, cash or credit and it’s inexpensive.
There’s tons of parking and it’s free. There’s also free childcare, which I font use but it’s a nice option.
The staff is nice enough and helpful and the people do not make me want to smack them upside their heads.
It’s not the most luxurious but it’s pretty fantastic for the cost.
I no longer dread the gym. Thanks, Club Metro.

I’m not from here so when I first started I felt like I was on an episode of Jersey Shore and by this I mean who the heck dresses up for the gym? I sort of got used to it and avoid all the pretty people.
The gym itself is very good. Rarely crowded, clean and the staff is generally happy to be there. I don’t see the benefit to visiting their smoothie bar as I’m sure its way overpriced and I can mix my own at home for pennies. Also can’t comment on the tanner since I think skin cancer wouldn’t be fun. Hours are good despite not being 24 hour.
My membership does not include tanning, child care or classes however for $ 20 a month I find it a great value. Given the competition in South Philly (Planet Fitness, etc) Club Metro is a huge bargain and appears to be largely unknown so take advantage of it. There are also other CM locations, haven’t confirmed but I’m told membership is also linked to those.

Everytime I enter there with my son, we get the biggest greeting. The staff is so personal and excellent with every member. They try to help you the best they can. Very friendly. They know you by name. :)
Child center is unbelievable. They have 3 great sitters. All wonderful and very active with the children.
They offer so many class from Zumba, yoga, kickboxing, boxing… I can go on and on.
The morning staff member at the juice bar is great and polite. She makes the best juice and smoothies.
Cleanness is unbelievable. Bathrooms. The sauna. The tanning machine. Floors.
They have so many events and contest. Their equipment is up to par!
Most importantly you will find a gym full of helpful, supportive and motivational, non judgement members. It’s a gym family.
It’s a winner.
