This place is weird. They don’t carry much new stuff. They seem to have odds and ends and older models. When we asked about a particular camera they said to go to Ritz down the street.

a friend of mine bought a lens here, decided she did not like it over a week after she bought it. Because she was in philly on a trip, she sent me the lens to return it with a receipt. because it was being returned after the 7 day period, they would only give me in store credit. I actually had to haggle them into giving me cash for it at at loss of 25%.
moral of this story, their prices may be good, but their service is lame.
DON’T GO HERE.

I randomly decided to check this place out while looking for a camera case. Best Buy it is not, but they are helpful & know their stuff. I botched the model number of my camera (didnt have it with me) but he figured out which one I had & knew the specs off the top of his head — impressive since there are hundreds of digital camera models. Then what sealed the deal was when I stopped back in to ask a question about the case a week or so later & they remembered me. Worth checking out if you’re in the market for this sort of thing & crave more personal attention than what you’ll find at B.B. or online.
