Established in 2013.

DS House Solutions was established by its founder Mr. Sutton, a small Real Estate Investment company located in Philadelphia, PA. We’ve been involved in the Real Estate Industry for more than 6-​yrs.

We are Investors — Solution Specialists (Not Realtors) and Philadelphia natives who are still live in the neighborhoods and communities we invest in, that uses private money buy houses. We fix properties to sell or to keep as rental property, and provide opportunities for our partners to build on their investments opportunities and in the end, to improve neighborhoods.
