On recommendation, I contacted Loretta Witt when we went back on the market for a new home. (Our amazing, smart and trustworthy realtor retired.) Sad to say, I was less than impressed. Ms. Witt did not return my calls; I had to practically pester her. Once I did get her on the line, she was completely disinterested in showing me the homes we were interested in, nor any others. She has a number of associates but did not even bother to pass me off to one of them. Daniel M said they are in «a league of their own,» I would be tempted to say they are in a world of their own. She was apparently too busy or perhaps too snooty to work with us. I have since moved on, I would recommend that you do, too.

Buyer beware!!! Some realtors are good, others are flat out liars with this group. Prudential Fox & Roach made a zillow listing for a property as a short sale — dropped it to a price to cover the balance due the bank and didn’t do their research with regards to clearing that price through Fannie Mae — who declined our full offer and countered with a much higher price — to the tune of about 12% increase over asking price. Deal fell through after much unnecessary paperwork, inspection costs and needless to say time and then they listed it again at the lower amount that Fannie Mae will never accept! These guys are for the birds. I am still waiting a week later for my deposit money back.

I can’t say enough about Loretta Witt and Lori Lorenz… Actually let me rephrase that, I cannot say enough great things about Loretta Witt and Lori Lorenz who are part of the Witt-​Lippincott team with Prudentail Fox & Roach. This is in search of my third home throughout my life, and though my other two previous realtors were good… Mrs. Witt and Mrs. Lorenz are entirely and truly in a league of their own. Not only do they know what they are doing but they go above and beyond their call of duty and really try to think about what is best only for their clients and not for themselves. Their best interest is in the people they work for and it really shows. They are also extremely respected among other agents in their communities. Whenever I went to any open house and simply mentioned the name Loretta Witt and her assistant Lori, there seemed to be a unanimous esteem and respect for these two and I was suddenly treated differently too in a very good way knowing who I am working with.
There is also a great warmth to both of them that is engaging and that goes with a work ethic that is unparalleled. They have my highest rating of anyone I know.
