Hey Guys… so it’s kind of a simple story but, I’m still gonna share it! I grew up in South Philly, aka the Italian Bakery Capital of the world. In other words, I pretty much have cannoli cream pumping through my arteries. Since I was about 15 I knew nothing made me happier than baking and decorating cupcakes. It started small, with boxed cake mixes and canned frosting and then after I graduated from college I came home and started teaching myself how to bake from scratch. From cupcakes, I tried my luck at working with fondant to make bigger beautiful cakes as well as tackling old family recipes like Italian peaches and Christmas cookies. I pour my heart and soul into every last crumb of cake that my hands produce. When someone trusts me with the task of creating a beautiful work of art to be displayed at a special event they’re having — I take it very seriously.
