These are the apartments at 47th & Chestnut Streets in the University City/​West Philly area. All I can say right now is that I’m fighting to get my security deposit back after Metal Chestnut, Inc. failed to respond to maintanence requests. They also have a mice problem.
You’ve been warned! Horrible landlord!
