What a great shop. The owner Lou was very accommodating and patient. I don’t know a lot about cars and he was very good about explaining the diagnostic. All while honestly articulating what services were not required and excessive. This level of transparency was refreshing. I definitely recommend Rossi.

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. He is a liar and a cheat, and he will take any chance that he can to take advantage of you and take your money.
Avoid this business if you don’t want to be swindled. A few years ago he took advantage of my lack of car knowledge and convinced me to sell a car to him as «Junk» because it would cost too much to fix (brake lines). The car was in otherwise good condition. I know now that brake lines are a quick and easy fix ($ 200-​$ 400), and that the car was worth much more than I sold it to him for.
Two weeks later I saw the car parked on my street with new tags and a new owner. Who knows how much money he made at my expense.
He took advantage of me and my situation, and I would advise everyone to avoid this business.
