I mean… It’s Target. The store is laid out as to be expected, and the customer service, or lack there of, is also to be expected. Parking is super easy and the fact that there’s a parking lot in Philadelphia is quite luxurious.

I am very disappointed that the nearest pharmacy to my place is supposed be the most convenient one, but it’s not. I was trying to get a medicine for my GERD problem and my doctor prescribed me NexIUM, which is a formula one and expensive. I went to Target and they told me it’s not covered by my insurance and saying they would contact my doctor to change for a generic one. Well, it didn’t happened. I went back the other day, and ask them if they had solved the problem and one of their staffs told me it’s my responsibility to make such change. What? Then he started giving me lesson like a father explaining common sense things that made me feel like an idiot and saying that’s not their fault at all. I was totally pissed and then called my doctor’s to contact the pharmacy. The third day, finally I got the cheaper medicine. BUT, YOUKNOWWHAT? Two weeks later, I checked my online insurance account. The pharmacy charged me both of the formula and generic prescriptions, which is in total of $ 300. I never received the formula drug and I was told that is not covered. If that’s not a mistake, they must be lying and making money in this dirty way. Because of that, i have to pay an additional $ 40 copay . Now, i have to make phone calls to deal with them again. In conclusion. I spent hours and made at least 5 phone calls to get my $ 13 dollar prescription and being overcharged x20 times. This is ridiculous. How poor store management they have.

I’ve been using this Pharmacy for almost 4 years now. The staff is friendly and I guess Target pays and treats them well cause I’ve seen pretty much seen the same workers all this time. What makes the pharamacy a stand out than other pharamcies is the automatic refill feature. Not only will they automatically refill your bottle when you run out, but if you run out of refills, no need to worry, they will call or fax your doctor telling them to write a new prescription. Therefore, going forward, you never have to worry about if you have enough medication. The pharmacy does all the work for you at cost of ZERO!!! The only thing you have to pay is the medicine.
