History

Established in 1984.

Windfall Gallery is a favorite for locals and visitors alike. Located in the historic neighborhood of Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia, we represent over 250 artists from the United States, Canada and Fair Trade Organizations around the world.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Coming from a family of artists, I have always had a love and appreciation for beautiful handmade items. From the time I was a little girl, I enjoyed creating my own pieces, but never pursued it as a full-​time career. Instead, I got a degree in Broadcast Communications from Temple University and worked in Television Production. After my third pregnancy, my husband and I decided it would be best for me to stay home and raise our three girls. I left the exciting world of Television and entered the crazy world of full-​time motherhood. I missed my creative outlet which is what lead me to Windfall Gallery in Chestnut Hill. After meeting Kaye, the original owner, I knew I found a new home. I worked for Kaye and apprenticed under her guidance for eight years before she retired in January, 2014 and sold the business to me. Windfall Gallery is my passion and dream come true. I love supporting artists from all over the world and introducing their beautiful, unique work to my customers.
