Dai grows all of the grapes used in our wines in USDA/​Oregon Certified Organic vineyards. He has been farming vineyards this way for 25 years. This philosophy of using a natural approach with minimal intervention also drives the winemaking.

Lumos Winery is operated by Dai Crisp and family, in the mountains just outside of Corvallis, OR. The site has a small vineyard, a large barn, and several cottages. There are several wine tastings each month, but check the website for details of dates and times. Lumos wine is sold throughout the state of Oregon and is quite reasonably priced for people on a budget. I highly recommend making this one of your stops on a winery tour, if for nothing else because the location is gorgeous.
