We specialize in making Pinot’s our wines are Certified Sustainable. We make our wines using minimal handling and we treat oak more as a spice to accentuate the great quality of fruit that we produce our wines with. We want you to taste the fruit as if it came off the vine. We strive for wines that are true to the varietal characters of the grapes.

Meet the Business Owner

Matt and Tabitha C.

Business Owner

Matt & Tabitha are the owners of Spindrift Cellars. We started small producing just 400 cases in our first year and we produced 5000 cases in 2010. This is still a small winery but we have just grown as we could afford to do so. We are truly passionate about our business, family and this industry. You will often see us working in our tasting room pouring the wines. Matt is also the wine maker as will as in the vineyard growing the grapes.
