There just aren’t enough positive words in the English language to describe Dr. Randy Fitzgerald. He is awesome! He is patient, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated, professional and great at what he does! If you have periodontal needs, I would strongly urge you to see Dr. Fitzgerald. You will be glad that you did!

I was referred to Dr. Randy Fitzgerald of Ahwatukee Periodontist by my orthodontist. I had severe gum recession and was in need of three tissue grafts, a process that would take over eight months to complete. With that being said, I have spent a fair amount of time with Dr. Fitzgerald and his staff and I am in an excellent position to speak about the experience they provide to their patients. I cannot begin to describe how awesome my experience was. Throughout my treatment, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The front desk was always welcoming when I entered the office. They facilitated the entire process by helping with payments, scheduling appointments, and providing appointment reminders in advance. The staff assisting Dr. Fitzgerald were also very friendly. They were knowledgeable about my treatment, answering any questions I had in detail. Finally, I cannot say enough about Dr. Fitzgerald himself. He was very personable and extremely talented. His expertise and skill ensured a quick and easy recovery after each surgery. He always made himself available by phone and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. I have complete trust in Dr. Fitzgerald and would return to his practice without a moment’s hesitation. I recommend Dr. Fitzgerald for any periodontic needs.

Staff was friendly and Dr. Houser is an excellent doctor. The billing and insurance handling was very poor. They did not let me know that they are a «non participating provider» so my dental insurance paid 50% of the bill leaving me with the balance. The lady who went thru the insurance explained it as if they were a provider and the difference is significant. I guess we all need to be insurance super sleuths too.
