Partner, Benjamin D. Benedict practices estate, probate and business planning law. His primary focus is representing family-​owned businesses and retired individuals providing legal advice in complex estate planning, business succession, business formation, probate, trust administration and related tax matters. Mr. Benedict is also a certified public accountant and member of the State Bar of Arizona’s trust and estate section. A native Arizonan, he graduated from law school in 1995.

Partner, John M. Martin is a member in good standing for both the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of California. His primary focus is representing families, family-​owned businesses and retired individuals; providing legal advice in complex estate planning, Medicaid planning, probate, trust administration and related tax matters.
