Cobblestone Auto Spa first opened the doors in Arizona in 1997. Although Cobblestone did not pioneer the concept of the car wash, we have strived to become the best. Our goal is to deliver a fast, high quality wash to our customers, while at the same time delivering excellent customer service.

When a customer pulls a vehicle into a Cobblestone location, our employees greet every customer in a very professional manner. Paying close attention to the specific needs and wants of both the vehicle and the customer. Every employee has an assigned position and specific tasks that must be performed with each and every vehicle. Nothing is left to chance. When everyone pulls together, the Customer wins.

I was very happy with the customer service, especially with Nel. I was so happy he didn’t try to push me for more then I needed or wanted and did what I wanted for a very reasonable price. I will be coming back now that I’ve been treated so well & feel like I will continue to get exceptional service here.

Terrible do not pay for anything more than a regular car wash. I bought $ 129 detail from a pushy sales guy but figured I really needed it, did not include engine and planned to use it at a later date. I spilt a Coke in the middle console on my way home from church Sunday which prompted me to get the detail done. I bring the car in let them know about the spill and the passenger seat. my son sat in something sticky and transferred it and his back jeans on to the seat. Sales guy says do I want to add buffing on for an extra charge, which I thought was part of detailing I said no. Then he tries to sell me another detail for another car for the same price but including buffing. Again no! He said ok, we will call you when it’s done about 2 ½ hours. 4 hours later I call them, oh it’s done now. It’s conveniently dark out and only one guy left but all supplies are put away. I look in the car and could see that the seat was still black but couldn’t see anything else it was too dark out. He said he couldn’t get it off. The next morning I notice the console still had Coke and dirt in it, the back seat looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all, and I still need to clean sticky off the passenger seat. I get warm water and dawn soap and easily, no effort clean the console, back seat, and front seat. Bottom line for $ 129 «car detail» It wasn’t even as clean as a top of the line car wash.

I went for an oil change. I got the highest upgraded car cleaning package with leather conditioning. I asked if it included interior cleaning and he assured me it did. My car had not been wiped down at ALL when I got it back. I complained to the manager that said it wasn’t included but he would send it over to detail if I wanted to wait and would tip them. I agreed. They wiped it down a bit but it was still a mess and even the exterior of my car was full of marks that didn’t get cleaned properly. I never mind paying for things, I DO mind wasting my time and money and not getting what was promised after sitting in a place for an hour and a half. Not a repeat cutover, I wish I listened to all the Unilocal reviews. Frustrated.

Well, sometimes you have to learn the hard way. As you’ve seen by my previous review of Cobblestone, I have not enjoyed much I the way of service from this place. Let’s be honest; a car wash isn’t a difficult process. Sadly, I went back to give it another chance. First, the Customer Service team just stands and stares at you, finally gets a ticket done, then… wait, wait, wait for one of the line managers, supervisors, drivers, or possibly a volunteer to move the cars to the wash that were vacuumed 10 minutes ago and still sitting. Then, once you’ve practiced your patience, head to the waiting area. Again, Tyler and his team on the finish line are in absolutely no hurry to wipe the drying water spots off your car, let alone scrub the bugs off the front, or even do the Windows (yep, you guys missed all 3 of these, which are the only 3 things you have to do).
Does Cobblestone suck? Yes. Do they care when you bring it up calmly and professionally to a supervisor? No.
I do recommend if you need your car washed with some deal of effort to go to Johnson’s Family Wash on Tatum just south of Cactus. It’s the old Danny’s Car Wash, and they do a pretty good job.

The interior of my car could not have been in worse shape. I was hesitant to even take it somewhere because it was so bad. My daughter made arrangements for a complete interior/​exterior detail. We dropped the car off and when I picked it up I couldn’t believe it was the same car! As I was leaving I had a mechanical issue with a window (turns out not their fault) and spoke to Guillermo the following morning. He explained what was wrong and I was at a loss as to how I would get it fixed especially on Christmas Eve. Matt, the certified mechanic, offered to help me. I was amazed at how kind they were and they fixed my window right away. Today it is so hard to find businesses that really care about their customers but the employees of Cobblestone showed me they do still exist. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me.

After visiting Cobblestone once every few months for the last several years, I stopped by for an ultimate clean — exterior clean, buff and shine, with a thorough interior wipe down and good vacuum.
The service here is 5-​star, all the way. Every employee i have ever dealt with has been courteous, polite, and always asks about trouble spots or areas that need extra attention.
I got all of that this service trip, but unfortunately it took them two times to get the car completely clean. Bug spots stood out on the front end and moon roof, the interior was hardly touched, etc.
The second time around, the employees promised to completely rewash the car. It was better, but wasn’t quite thorough enough for me. The worst part was a big puddle of product that was sprayed on my leather seat but never wiped down, so by the time I caught it, it had dried in to dry white chemical cleaner residue. If it were to have been resolved properly the first time, this easily would have been a 4 – 5 star review.

I just had my car «deep cleaned» and couldn’t be happier! I drive a 2007 Ford Fusion and after the seats/​floors were shampooed, the nooks and crannies vacuumed, and the wipe down in & out, it’s like driving her off the lot for the first time again! Thanks AJ for the recommendation and thanks to everyone who helped with the dirty work!

Where are all the employees, almost 10 AM Sunday morning, car wash area packed, and 3 people cleaning cars. Been here almost 45 minutes now. I spend $ 80.00 a week at this place for 2 cars. What a waste, should have driven past when I had the chance, learned my lesson.

Three stars. The outside of my truck looked nice and most of the inside. They missed a little dirt in the center console and the back area and I guess I should have checked these areas out before I left. Had I noticed, a rag would have taken care of it. I bought the Supreme Wash. I wasn’t wowed like I had hoped. This is my first wash with my new (used) truck and was hoping for the wow factor. I bought one step up from the cheapest car wash so maybe I should have bought a higher priced wash. Since they missed some obvious dirt I am torn about this place. Loved the staff and Dunkin Donuts but I am on the fence as to whether or not I will wash it myself in the future. Maybe I should give them one more try…

I have had nothing but the best experience here! The staff is friendly and they really do a great job cleaning and washing your car! Specifically the people who finish your car after it comes through the wash! They work hard and fast to make your car look great! Today I had the pleasure of having Mistie up in the front check me out which she was beyond AWESOME and I also had Ginny help me as well who was me just as equally as awesome! For your glass repair needs you have Jason! Jason is so cool and he remembers you when you come back and that means a a lot! I recommend every one to come here! The best is when you pick up your car and you have Israel to and you on your way! He is always in a friendly mood and he always sends you home with a smile on your face! Thanks Cobblestone! Calesman/​car wash attendant are too pushy with sales. They don’t take NO for an answer and piss me off to the point I have to yell and scream at them every time to get them to stop.
Also every time I take my car through the wash, they are usually new chips and nicks on the paint job which they totally deny is their fault.

Stopped by to fix a star shaped crack in my windshield caused by a rock on the highway. The glass specialist Steven was very attentive, professional and friendly. I waited in comfort inside as he repaired the crack so the glass looks as good as new. I was in and out quickly and the employees were accommodating. I would go out of my way to come back!

High pressure sales, more than most care washes. The rep. Trying to seel auto glass repair named Bryan actually chased us inside to try to convince us that our windshield on a brand new car was cracked and need fix. After multiple declines he still continued to try «educate us «on why we should us them. After leaving the car wash we double checked the windshield, no cracks were found.
The enterior of the car was not even cleaned well. This was during the middle of the day and not busy at the time.
Run from this place! Unless you like high pressure sales!

Ok another strike. 39.99 for diamond touch. I have higher expectations. If you cannot complete the job to a satisfactory level you should not take a 17 year olds money. I will post pictures. Yes the truck was dirty from 4 wheeling. But come on. Why amoral a dirty bumper. The kid watched and it never even went through the wash. I will be visiting tomorrow. This is ridiculous. Shame on you.

I have a membership here. I get my car washed about 3 times a week here. I never have to wait to get the car washed. There is ample space to vacuum. They even have a little air hose to blow water/​dirt off your ride. (Love that thing)
there’s a dunkin donut inside in case you do get your car hand washed. The hand wash is good. Not the best, but good for the price.

*****updated. We gave them another shot at the invitation of the manager below. They comped us and did an outstanding job. Great professionalism, and Im sure that our initial bad luck was not fully representative of their service.
Ok so never once have these people done a good job. Unfortunately with their location i keep reluctantly re-​engaging. When they should have apologized the managers justified the crappy work by saying that they do the best they can with the employees they have. They will send my car through again a second time if I request but if I had two and a half hours and fifty dollars to spare Id do it myself and spend the savings at the nearby healthy habits massage.

Thanks for the crappy wash guys. Second and last time I will bring my car here. First time was pretty bad but I thought maybe it was the guys last day so I gave you a pass, this time was even worse. The only reason I’m giving you an extra star is because you have a Dunkin Inside and I like donuts. People can get the same wash for $ 5 at a gas station and air dry while they drive home.
Guys here are a few tips for you
1. You are moving the car from the back of the building to the side of the building, there is no need to touch every adjustment on the seat and get comfortable and fuck the seat up for the owner of the car! God forbid the guy moving the car is not comfortable for 10 seconds of driving. There is also no reason to put on your fav radio station and turn it up. Chances are your customers are not going to like your taste in music or your seat settings when they get in.
2. Don’t let cars sit in the sun after you wash them! This leads to water spots all over the windows and paint. Your staff can’t even get bugs and dirt off the car, there is 0 chance they will get water spots off.
3. You are being paid to wash the car. If there are still bugs and dirt on the car you did not do your job.
4. Your customers should not have to walk around the car and show you how shitty your work is. If you do this for a living you should be able to see that there is still dirt or water on the car. Have someone who knows what dirt, bugs and water spots looks like check each car before you call a customer over.
