Exceptional Carpets

Herman (and I believe his wife?) make up Exceptional Carpets. Finding a great carpet cleaner who you can trust is pretty hard but after using Herman four times this man’s business was long overdue for a review.
Herman is always friendly when speaking with him over the phone and is usually able to come out within the next day or two. He is very fast as long as you don’t have to move a bunch of things once he arrives, but he can also help move things for you (he moved a huge couch into the garage for me!).
The best thing about him is he stands by his work. In my current apartment with Abby (lived at for 6 months now) our puppy has taken it’s toll on the carpets. He did a deep clean and special treatment for pet odors and when I still smelled the pet odors a couple days later he came out again for free and retreated the area for no charge.
Great locally owned business, reasonable prices and I’m glad to know my hard earned cash is going to a great family.
