Rite-Way Carpet Dyeing & Cleaning

Seriously, a six hour timeframe in which they could arrive in? They said it was 8a-​2p., just like a previous reviewer said.
Uh, unacceptable. I’m planning on having every single piece of furniture (tables, sofas, beds, chairs, etc., etc.) off the carpets and not allowing anyone in the home until the carpet dries. This seriously put a wrinkle in plans. Previous experience tells me that it’s going to take 8+ hours for the carpet to dry enough to walk upon and put furniture down. So if they show up close to 2p, it means I can’t do anything at home until after 10p. What the hell am I supposed to do that late? Movies? a bar?
Also, telephone operator was obtuse and at one time actually sighed instead of being sympathetic. She accused me of trying to get a specific time which wasn’t the case. I understand that these people have other carpets to clean thorough out the day and that some may take longer than anticipated. So, I was only trying to get a shorter time. I’ve used other cleaning services in the past and they’ve been able to narrow it down to a two hour window. Unfortunately, I’m not the person paying for the service so I cannot choose another company.
Do yourself a favor and look for another company instead of this one with ridiculous appointment windows and insufficient customer service.

I have two young boys and my carpets looked HORRIBLE!!! Rite-​Way came in and made them look brand new, they looked better than when i first moved in. The guys that came to do them were super nice! When i called to set up the appointment the receptionist was so nice and she really worked with my crazy schedule. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned and their prices are the best out there! Believe me im a bargain queen and i shopped around for like 2 weeks and no one can beat these prices!!!

Considering that I have 4 kids and a dog these carpets were disgusting. I don’t remember there names but they were very professional. My complex have us a carpet cleaning for a renewal of our lease. Yes the window for arrival was long but what do people expect when they are working on other jobs also.unrealistic. these guys had great customer service they came in and got right to work.

They had terrible service, the receptionist was rude and hung up on me while I was talking. The company was late, beyond the time frame that was specified. They also did a terrible job, and were unprofessional. I am not happy with my service at all. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, please take your business elsewhere! Don’t bother wasting your time or money on bad service here. If you check other reviews on them, you will see many others also had the same experience.

Lame company. Lengthy windows. Who really has time to stay home from 8am to 2pm waiting for them. Plus, they were super late past that six hour waiting period. Crappy service as well. Don’t recommend. Secretary is rude, also. Never again.
