One star would be too much to give this company if I had a choice they are horrible to deal with whether you are an owner or a tenant they are disrespectful rude they do not return calls or emails on a timely basis as far as my move out I had my licensed contractors perform rug cleaning house cleaning as well as landscaping and have paid receipts the little 20something girl who came from Golden West named Aubrey I guess takes her job a little too seriously for whatever they pay her 10 or $ 15 an hour or maybe less who knows?? she actually found two small pieces of dog poop the size of a dime in my backyard and took a close-​up picture of it she also pulled out my washing machine and found a bit of dust on the baseboard I offered to clean it and she said no she already took a picture!! my suggestion do not walk away from this company run!

We just moved in. We were very disappointed at move in. We were told the house was cleaned professionally. There were crumbs in all the cabinets, floors, bathrooms, and carpets were dirty. We just tried to used the stove and the only big burner does not work. The grass in the backyard was shin high. I submitted a repair request. I will post an update to see how well this gets handled.

GoldenWest Management is completely unethical! They do not return calls or e-​mails. I asked them for a list of items required to get my deposit back, I completed all the items on the list. How do they repay me??? By keeping my entire deposit! They charged me for cleaning and carpet cleaning when I provided receipts proving I had it completed. They told me it was the landlord and they will no longer respond to me. After contacting the landlord he told me they never even gave him the money! I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s office and the BBB. I have NEVER dealt with a more unethical company before.

Golden West is the upmost & 110% most unprofessional management company I’ve ever encountered.
I called them today, for a maintenance repair of my air conditioning. They followed up a day later & in late afternoon. The a/​c repair man needed approval for repair and was denied. The office said they needed landlord approval first. We live in AZ & it is 115 degrees currently and I am pregnant as well. They proceed to tell us to open windows, walk the mall, go stay with family. We asked for prompt response of when the repair would happen and a woman in office said «oh that won’t happen»!
I have discovered this unprofessionalism with them not just in this encounter but on many occurrences. I am so far from impressed with this company. I can not believe tenants have to work with this place!!!

It started off slow — once GW located the issue they were smooth and nice! Everything I needed they helped out with. My first time working with a project management company and it was good.

It’s unfortunate that I never got a call back on a property we were looking to rent. We were extremely interested and now we have found another place. If I were a home owner, I don’t think I would use this company as it doesn’t seem like they are too concerned with getting their homes rented.

I am in complete awe. I’m sick to my stomach. This company is horrible. I moved into one of there units one month ago and one thing after another just hit the fan. I have been trying to get out of my lease since the 1^st week. Their all really rude and unprofessional at the company located here in Phoenix off Shea rd. First I move in and the water doesn’t work in the kitchen, the dishwasher doesn’t work, brown water coming out of the bathroom shower, it rained and the living room and bed room filled with tons of water from the patio windows. I called and they immediately denied taking ownership and informed me that it’s my responsibility to ensure that there were no issues before signing the lease. C’mon who does this to people. Further more the unprofessional attitude and of the women at that office is just horrid. I high recommend that no one do business with any of them. Welcome to my nightmare. By all means Google the reps names there so that you never end up in this boat. I will see them in court…

I will definitely recommend this company. They will really take care of you and will feel that they are on you’re side. Christie T. really made sure that we are getting a good tenant doing above and beyond her work just to assure us. And as I put in my title. Everybody in the company is very professional and have a great customer service skills. And hopefully to do more business with them in the future.

Communication with Jayson has been excellent. Phones calls are answered and email responded to in a timely fashion. Very nice!

I hired Golden West Management to take care of my property in Phoenix. Where do I start… If it is up to me I would give them any stars but I have to. They are unprofessional, rude, unorganized. I had to break the lease within four months of signing it. Please if you want to hire this company check Better Business Bureau.
I totally agree with Cassidy L and Aaron F. because they did the same thing with me and my tenant.

I’ll try and summarize how bad this company is. We moved in a few months ago and did not have a working air conditioner in our home. It took them nearly a week and countless phone calls and lies of cancelled and missed appointments (on their part) to resolve the issue. They continually blamed the owner and said they have no power to get anything fixed over a $ 200 limit. This seems like it is a pretty large company and in multiple states so I’m not sure how they can let an owner dictate how they run their business (obviously they really don’t care or know what to do). The issue was finally resolved and we thought we could move past it. The company and anyone I talk to in this office are unprofessional and inept at best. They don’t respond to emails or calls in a timely manner and cannot fix simple repairs. I do not have enough negative things to say about them and I would advise living somewhere they «manage».

I’m in complete awe at the attitude and distasteful service I just received. I was made to feel like less a human because of my questions. After waiting a week for a call back, I placed a call and talked to the office manager, who was completely rude! No person deserves to be talked down to the way this company does there tenants. All I was seeking was to be talked to like a human and some honor in doing what I was told.
