Prompt, thorough, professional, knowledgeable. Completely awesome.
I hired Jesse to do a home inspection last week on a multifamily property. When the seller screwed up and told us a day before that we had to change the time, Jesse was very flexible about it. He also went there a couple days ahead of time and placed the radon test so I could get the results faster — which I really appreciated.
For the actual inspection, Jesse showed up early and did a phenomenal job. Not a single flaw escaped him. He found a lot of subtle issues that I would have never caught, and saved me from buying a money pit basically.
I got the report quickly, which was very thorough and delivered in PDF format. It included photos of problem areas with descriptive captions.
As an added bonus, he takes credit cards, and didn’t try to inflate the price as a result of me paying by card.
I will be calling Jesse again as soon as I have an accepted offer on a new property.
