History

Established in 2007.

Originally founded as Superior Property Management & Staffing, LLC in 2007, J. Squared Property Management, LLC was re-​branded and began taking shape in 2012. While the company name was changed and a «new look» introduced, our core values continue to remain the same. Since 2007, our locally owned and proudly operated company has focused on bettering those HOA communities that we manage. Much of the success of our company has been through the core values that we live by every day: Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty, and Customer Relations. These core values are so ingrained in the company that we couldn’t imagine doing business any other way. Because these values are displayed in everything that we do, the company has received the majority of its business from referrals. A true testament to the company’s success has been through the number of referrals and testimonials received from the resident owners at our community associations and not just from the HOA board members of those communities.

Business Owner

Travis Jack, the founder of J. Squared Property Management, LLC originally began his career in real estate. After a number of years in the real estate field, including receiving his Real Estate Broker’s License, Travis entered the field of property development. Serving as a project manager for a top rated development firm, Travis went on to develop several communities in the Phoenix/​Scottsdale area, including High Rise and Multifamily developments. Travis was involved with all aspects of the development including working closely with the property management companies that served the Associations he was developing. He quickly recognized that these management companies were not serving the Associations that they managed with any level of customer service. In 2007, Travis opened the doors to a new type of Property Management Company! One that focused on customer service, honesty, integrity and a genuine desire to help better the communities that they managed.
