Meet the Business Owner
Elli E.
Business Owner
Elli Edgar, Founder of Painted Ladies and Salon On Central, comes from a traditional tattoo background. She apprenticed with the award winning tattoo artist Dale Orman in Phoenix, Arizona for over a year to gain her credibility. Because of her love for aesthetics she continued on in the permanent makeup side of tattooing. Many of her tricks of the trade come from working years ago in Hollywood in the fields of costuming and makeup. Working with various plastic surgeons in the valley, she has helped many cancer and accident survivors to feel normal and whole again. Camouflage and areolas are her specialty. From eyebrows to toe rings, and everything in between she can provide a wide variety of services.
