SVP who submitted a resume online after receiving a referral. After submitting, I received an email within four days. From the start is was if I was doing them a favor. Everything evolved around the agent and his convenience which made the scheduling of a phone interview very difficult. Customer service was no where to be found. Frustrated with the agent I was working with, I went to their website to request a new one. Their website allowed you to contact the company president. I sent him an email requesting that I be assigned another rep to work with. I never heard back from either the original agent or the president. Shame because the referral gave them high marks (perhaps because she was still associated with the firm). I’ve since moved on to Korn Ferry. Still no word from Steward, Cooper & Coon.

Emotionally the worst experience of my life. Still dealing with the personal attacks of my character.

Received two unsolicited emails from them after turning on job search functionality on LinkedIn. An Internet search on their name produced mixed results. Some like them a lot, others complained that they asked for fees (from the job seeker). I directed them to my resume on
. The response I got was rude and dismissive.
