We are in the process of a bathroom and bedroom remodel. 5 Brothers Glass did the frameless shower enclosure. The rep in the office, Bertha and the installation tech, Rudy, were wonderful to work with. Both did exactly what they promised they would do. I highly recommend them.

My nephew got a little wild while playing in my living room and busted one of our windows. I have small children that can reach the broken window so a quick repair was very important to me. I called Five Brothers on a Sunday and was put on hold for quite sometime. Whatever, I figured they were busy and once I was able to speak to a rep she actually was really helpful. I told her the situation and received a quote but she was unable to confirm an appointment for a technician to come out. I was told they would call me during the week to schedule an appointment. A majority of the week passed and I received no call back. I finally called on Thursday and spoke to a rep who told me that I would have to wait for a call and that the technicians were done for the week and would not be back until next week. Bad communication and horrible follow up. I looked up other glass repair companies and found a company that came out that day to repair the window. I’m sure five brothers has some bright points, I just wont be using them or referring people.

I needed to replace a double paned glass window with a shorter piece so that I could install a dog door. Martha helped me, measuring and quoting my options (and I got a great price). The window was replaced in the time promised and the work was great. I will certainly recommend and use them whenever I need any glass work done. I was impressed with the personal attention given in this small business and the quality of work. Five stars all around.

I used 5 Brothers while in escrow to purchase my house, the inspector noted 1 broken & 1 cracked window… This was the first place I called, the person who answered the phone said they would send someone out to the vacant property & they called me with a price which was $ 160 for both windows. I agreed to the price & they replaced the glass & the rollers because the window wasn’t opening/​closing properly…
I was a little surprised because all of this was done with just a phone call, they never asked me to leave a credit card or come in and pay first, I wasn’t even at the property when the work was done, the glass was replaced all while I was at work & of course when I got off work I went in and paid.
5 Brothers made this the easiest transaction ever, I would definitely recommend.
